Welcome to a brand new Pull Day. The typical Back & Biceps session I'm hitting in my pursuit to lose 8KG in 8 Weeks. When in a cut my training stays pretty much the same as it looks in a bulk. My mantra for training is "what builds muscle in a bulk, keeps it in a cut". And this Pull Workout is testament to that. Keep the intensity high, the reps low-moderate (most of the time) and watch your muscles grow. Save this workout and give it a try.

Natty or fake natty who cares, haters will always hate, i luv your content 👍 and one of the last vids you done you broke down and explained something where i was going wrong in my diet (harris - bennedict formular vid ) and that little adjustment has helped me proper. What training split do you feel gave you your 1st physique transformation?

My bro the training split is in my opinion one of the most unimportant variables in your progress, it's just how you set up your training week. People got huge on PPL, Full Body, Bro Splits you name it people got huge on it. You need to choose one that you enjoy and just focus on progressing on the key exercises. I for example really love 3 day a week Full Body and it's working great for me. Hope I helped, I wish the gains be upon you brother
