Because people often feel they must stay in miserable marriages for bigger reasons. Not everyone is an individualist. There are people who stay bc they want the family to remain intact, religious dogma, to get by financially, to prevent their children from despising them, to not lose face/honor in their own eyes or the eyes of the community (I abandoned my family) etc. Life is not as simple as "I am miserable/I am not miserable."

Jack...wow...I have been having an affair with a married man for 2.5 years now! I have watched this video several times over the last 3 months but finally got the nerve to email him and tell him (with love) to go figure it out! No more empty promises. no more words with no action! I love him but I deserve to be treated like a queen! I was married to a faithful, loyal man for 32 years (I was also faithful) and 3 years ago he was shot and killed in a hunting accident. Within a year I started this affair. I was lost and scared and this man said all the right things. I was vulnerable and naïve and I know thats no excuse but this man really made be believe he was leaving his wife for me. It's been almost 3 weeks no contact but it has been soooo hard. I feel like I have lost my husband all over again and in such a short period of time. I just want to say thank you. Even though I'm in pain I know my worth now and will settle for nothing less than "my king"

I felt the SAME exact way. Never EVER thought I would be in this position. But the enemy works !! When you lost yourself and someone is breathing life back into you in certain ways.. it’s like a high. You continue to chase it and want it at no cost. It’s wrong & it is disrespectful on all levels. Also In my situation I was tricked into it. Not every man discloses their marriage.. Gotta think about those scenarios too.

Simple. STAY AWAY FROM MARRIED MAN!!! If you did not know he was married, when you do WALK AWAY!!! The fact that he started an affair being married shows his character. The marriage covenant is sacred. Why would God bless you with someone else's spouse? Why would God tear apart a family, destroy the lives of so many just for you? And even if he does leave his wife for you, know that the foundation of your relationship was started off on lies, secrets and founded on someone's pain and tears. He cheated on his wife with you and he will do the same thing to you. You will reap what you sow.

Great advice dear 🙏. The best thing women in this situation can do is stay away and keep zero contact. I’ve never been in this situation, and praying never to be, but I did have a “friend” who I knew back from high school who would drop by announced with sob stories about his marriage and his wife, and how “she treated him”, while at the same time trying to lure me and charm me into bed with him. He kept saying he was unhappy and was going to leave her, but it was she who eventually left him after finding out about the many affairs he did have with other women. Please be careful ladies. These type of men who are trying to live a double life give out Scott Peterson and Chris Watts vibes.

Best advice. Exactly what I should have done. 😢 I wish I had seen that video before I let myself fall entirely for him. I watched many others actually, and some were good too. But you re right on. I wish I had kelp all what you say here in mind. But it takes so much strength and courage. Eventually the strong emotions shut down the brain and you just wanna believe it’s gonna work out. Everything becomes so beautiful and strong that you can’t believe otherwise. Connection can be sooo deep, like meeting your true soulmate. Controlling your feelings and accept the emptiness the absence of him would bring feels just unacceptable. But then you will have to deal with it anyway at some point, and if it’s not by your terms, it will eventually be by his, and you will get the heart, and the pride destroyed at once.

@@maryamal-wahaibi8537 Hello there, I’ve actually been doing very very well according to my therapist but some days I feel angry and sad but I have my channels to let out these emotions.. It’s been longer than I can count now in no contact and I have been deep in trauma therapy weekly, that is the lifesaver for me. I can’t believe how much I have learnt about how codependent I was. I am a recovering codependent and I’m feeling much more confident and assertive in who I am since I have a strange myself from my family. My support system is amazing and the most beautiful angels have appeared in my life now.. way less depression now I know I am the family scapegoat, in a place where I can heal now.. I couldn’t even think about being in a relationship omg and I still feel triggered by women and men who need to jump into a relationship immediately after they’ve broken up with someone. It shows that they cannot be by themselves and do not want to reflect on any past actions because in that case, they would have to take responsibility for yourself and accountability for choices that may not be good for them sorta thing, it might just be a way of filling the hole with external temptations like so many ppl do instead of trying to find the root of their issues. Many baby boomer parents are and were so fqn narcissist, selfish, entitled, codependent and needy, same as men who can’t be alone. Lots of love and best wishes!

Build you own future. Try doing that with a man who’s not in a committed relationship with his wife. He’s a back stabber or he wouldn’t be cheating on his wife. He’d be doing you every now and then and he’s doing his wife all the time (probably tells you he’s not). So you’re being used and you two adulterers are ripping his soul bond with his wife all to hell. Statistics show that men usually don’t leave their wives and if they do and join the adulteress fling partner it doesn’t work out the vast majority of the time. Your wasting time getting used and all the while ruining other people’s relationships. The man wins. He gets to eat his wife and his whoredog too. Protect yourself. Respect yourself and respect other women. Don’t entertain an affair. You will get hurt deeply. Everyone will. If he’s cheating on his wife then he’ll cheat on you too because he’d already be cheating on you with his wife! You just believe the dickhead and think he’s not.

You are not the victim in this situation, the chances are his wife is the victim. Affairs are bubbles. It is a bubble of the best of that person. You are not dealing with this guy's dirty socks and running around after his kids, as a mistress, you are getting the good bits, the meals out and the gifts without the graft. Bubbles are fragile things and when reality hits that bubble might burst very quickly.

Thank you Jack. I've been involved with a married man now for some three years. We were engaged to be married when we were in our teens, but I bailed ship 3 months before our wedding day. Long story but we found each other again through social media. Started out just meeting up for a coffee but we fell, I fell, hopelessly in love with eachother. He's my soul mate, best friend. Never loved anyone like I love him now and he feels the same.BUT. he has two adult grown children, they are a very close family and he's just become a grandfather too. He says he loves me dearly but he just can't justify leaving his wife because he says she's done nothing wrong and doesn't want to take the risk of being despised by his adult children. It's a very difficult situation.. I Know he does love me and would like me to continue how we've been carrying on for the last three years but it's now becoming very hard for me. How on earth do I walk away from this situation, him..he can't offer me anything except his love, which is so beautiful. He says he never stopped loving me but just can't walk away from the family that he's made. It's such a terrible situation I find myself in. I have to walk away, three years is a long time not to be able to make a decision. He says that I am to keep an open mind and would be totally heartbroken if he lost me again.. what the hell should I do 😢

Look, if he has grown children nothing should stop him now. It seems he just doesn’t want to rock any boats and wants his comforts. He doesn’t love you truly because if he did - he would care about your well being and know that what he gives you as a man is nothing. Man offers security and stability to a woman he loves. He can’t give you that. Just because his wife didn’t do anything wrong doesn’t mean he should stay while betraying her silently. It’s not right. Just because she doesn’t know doesn’t mean it’s not a betrayal. He just has it all his way so it suits him. It’s selfish. He can still support his wife and his family and respect her while divorced and separated. Most men are weak and choose their comforts over woman’s feelings. He has his family and security and you have what? If he chooses his life this way, you should exit his life as he doesn’t deserve to have 2 women in his life. One is betrayed silently and lied to and the other gets the crumbs. Of course if you are happy to live this way, do. But if you are unhappy it will only get more taxing on you. You already have put up with this for a long time. He made you used to it and would want to keep it this way. You are literally showing him you are ok with nothing but sweet words and sex.

@@janfarman7629 you are welcome. I understand because I have been there. And it was very painful. The choice of walking away was even more painful. The process of letting go and getting used to new reality without him was brutal. Sometimes still is. There are days , like the past few days where I ache, my Soul aches in pain, my heart does to. But ultimately I know inside my heart and Soul this is for the best. And I had to do it for me. And I encourage any woman to choose herself first - herself and her needs and her dreams. Because at the end of the day that’s what these men are doing too. And also, I believe strongly, that God/Universe wouldn’t send me a soulmate / life partner who is someone else’s husband. I call us Star crossed lovers. Not meant to be. But it was there for a reason. To teach me something important. I have learnt to walk away from someone I loved which I never done before. Though there was love, it was also very hurting and draining love. It was selfish love. And I chose myself. P.S. if you wanted to chat, I would be happy to connect. I am also fresh out of it. And still healing. ❤️‍🩹

@@trinityp8575 We don't know what she REALLY wants. But I assume that if she got in with a married man, she must be in love with that particular man. The needs of people who are in love with an actual person are to be with that person, under just about any conditions, barring direct, hands-on abuse. If the goal is the abstract idea of having an abstract partner to fill a role and personal needs, then yeah, she needs to fish elsewhere. However, rarely do people insist on a married person unless their heart is fully with that particular person. Sending them to find someone else available is akin to telling them to drink wood when they need water. If she is in love with him, her ultimate needs are to be with that man - even if he's married.

Watching your video helped me end a 7-month affair. The attachment/soul tie was powerful. I’m still watching this video to reinforce my decision to end it. Build you own future with a man who’s not in a committed relationship with his wife. The infidel is a back stabber or he wouldn’t be cheating on his wife. 😂

Powerful speech! Exactly. What women don’t realise is that the difficult part will come if he leaves for you. Even if he leaves the wife and goes with you… there is big chance of him returning or regretting and being confused because he has t go through grieving, proper letting go, finding his new self etc. he will be very confused, guilty and emotionally unstable. He may even blame you in his moments of frustration that he felt pressed to leave. Even if he doesn’t love his wife romantically, he is still attached to her emotionally and to all they shared together. Don’t get involved with unavailable man who has not gone through the process of separation himself first. He will forever hold you accountable for this and Everytime you are unhappy with something, he will refer to his big sacrifice he has made for you. It doesn’t sound like a good start to a healthy and loving partnership at all. Go full no contact. Delete everything. Choose you and your needs and dreams. Don’t go back to the toxic cycle wasting your precious years.

I know they're not ready to look at themselves and that is ok but kids are being born into this while people aren't "ready" to heal.. I know it goes back to childhood but as adults it's their/ our responsibility to heal, why does the planet go around like ostriches.. geez I feel annoyed today.. it's some issue I'm projecting obviously.. long way to go still!
