They do spread rumors. Constantly going behind my back and playing the victim and telling others terrible things about me. It’s crazy. Exactly. It’s been 5 years and he is still trying to harass me. It’s crazy. I have not talked to him for 5 years.

@@imbalancedstatus8824 same with me every person around me right now seems to have massive narc traits. My husband is definitely a narc, a bad one and some female. I’m around. I finally started document in real time like Rebecca said to do I don’t know how I’m gonna have time for that number one he ignore me when I try to talk to him and then when I pick up my phone to do something I wanna do that’s when he wants to engage and try to pull everything out of my brain sidetracked me because he knows that I have a fucking very easily sidetracked mind but I believe my ex-husband was one and I know that this husband of 20 years is one it’s crazy how they are their own worst enemies. I don’t have to do anything to him. He will do it to herself because my God will take care of him. There’s no doubt, I wish there was a way to get these people help if they even wanted to admit they had a problem, but they are seriously like some drug addicts. He absolutely hates either the fact that I am an empath which he uses that greatly or the fact that I know I am an empath. He does not like that. He does not like me knowing known something wasn’t right because people stare at me like there is a light around me, they’re not trying to hit on me just stare at me and I’m like I feel like there’s some type of aura around me and evidently there must be because I seem to attract these SOB

Totally ! They love to say - I'm trying to keep the family together but you're breaking it up, you only cause problems and everyone is unhappy because of you. “ And then they manipulate the family member to tell you that you should start communicating and come up with a solution together to keep family together because that is the most important. Very cruel manipulation. ! But we don’t give in. 😊

When I was a child, my narcissist mother made my 3 siblings give me the silent treatment until she said they could talk to me. She would call a family meeting when she got upset. When I was around 10 years-old she was telling me that I'm a super smart child and I asked her if I was smarter than her, she got offended and gave me the silent treatment until I apologized. Imagine a 35 year-old woman getting upset at a 10 year-old boy because the kid asked the woman if he is smarter than her.

Going silent is my natural tendency when the narcissist(s) start accusing me of not being good enough. We’re in this position again because I didn’t stroke their egos fast enough. I suppose I will need to get my thoughts together and tell them why I am silent. It’s hard to want to break the silence because I know it’s useless in fixing anything. Acting respectfully towards me is a boundary and I am tired of being put to shame.

Calm silence in their "Moment" is like kryptonite. They then cycle through their tactics of narcissistic domination. That which I call "Transient narcissistic behaviour"

@@Dollhousehenderson Not responding in trigger, which is what they want. If they shout, don't shout back, if they cry, don't support them, if they accuse you of falsities, don't argue your innocence. Stay calm and walk away stating you will not speak in this circumstance. They want you to react so they can play victim and make you out to be the crazy one.

@@ApocalypseofMichael i’ve been doing this naturally because I prayed really hard before I ever knew what was going on and ask God to guide my words in my mind and my heart and he did. He literally led me to do everything that has been said in these videos everything so when I’m talking very normal he immediately says you’re talking to me like a grown ass man as he’s hollering and cussing me id I’m silent he keeps asking what is wrong.

@@Dollhousehenderson it really is like facing a devil as they cycle through their tactics to get you to react. I'm in complete no contact now, which is best. I still live with the "Somatic aftershocks" of the cluster of Dark tetrad abuses. Therapy is a wonderful thing. Continued strength and courage love! ✨❤️

I see why you say document document document in real time I’m trying to do that with my husband and another narcissistic girl but every time I pick up my phone to do anything that matters to me, he has to talk to me or engage with me after ignoring me and I know he is very interested in what I am doing on my phone. I found out the other day. He went through my purse because he didn’t put my stuff back right I know for a fact he’s gone through my phone. I don’t know why he’s the one that is hiding, not me, in the notes oh my goodness it goes on and on forever and ever I could probably write a book right now we’re in a lovebomb phase and I don’t know how to behave because of everything I know now he feels the energy block because he knows, I am a naturally happy person. I am an empath, and a narcissist he has a strong intuition as well. Of some sort. He just tried to convince me for years mine is just wrong lol.

When I go silent, my narcissist husband causes nightmares behind the scenes… He uses that opportunity to stop paying bills or not to follow through on obligations … or write me text messages, accusing me of things I haven’t done… doing anything he can to illicit a response or causing me to have to speak to him… Then he blames shifts and twisted to look like I am causing the problem by not leaving him alone…

My sister sued my 2 other sisters and me over our parents' estate. We used your tools and won our case! Thank you! She had stolen the bank accounts using a POD, but we were able to get it back and split everything equally. The 3 of us have blocked her and gone silent. She showed up to my sisters church and joined the church! I see her where she works sometimes, but never engaged. My last encounter, she walked by quickly telling me to let her know if I needed anything (as if I was just a regular customer). I said, actually, could you help me find... When she found it for me, I just said, "Thank you".. as if she were just another sales agent. She walked away very quickly. One sister told me I made her uncomfortable, but I felt nothing. Thank you again! You have helped me find peace.

Setting boundaries caused the narcissistic individuals that are or were in my life come to a state of confusion (that’s because I would always yes ). I decided to no longer be others (narcs) punching bag and say NO! being silent is one of the best tools I am learning in life and it feels damn good to say NO ❤

@@carolouellette3022 they testy your anger level. If you react very angry, you are the one who guilty,( blame shifting), if you dont react, you are outsmarting them. The best way is for you to be completely quiet, and report every single damn thing to police. Make a plan. Becasue one day you will regret so much. Dont follow with anger. Anger can take you to jail. Careful there. NPD people are so smart. Bur be smarter then them. Good luck.
