Not really, it's unfortunate that you were homeless at the time, but they need an address for bail, should they need to find you, and they need to make sure you actually have somewhere to go. I don't think this is a case of bad prison reform or the system stinking because they need an address for you to get bail. It's not as if you were refused bail for your offence. @@cheydr9727 and you think that judges would break the law by being corrupt? sounds pretty dumb, actually people who use the word corrupt are probably just people salty because they lost a lawsuit or don't understand how the law works. The judge wasn't corrupt, but the criminal probably had a really good lawyer that got him off minimal charges and punishment. Like I said it's rarely ever the judge at fault, it's the lawyers and jury that will be the deciding factor. The judges comments were taken out of context, clearly isaac has taken his comments out of context because we don't see the full court case what happened before those comments were made. If the defendant had pleaded to being intoxicated then the judge made those comments then that's an example of when context matters.

@@The-Man-On-The-Mountain last time I checked Lavinia Woodward wasn’t an Australian nor was her incident. But this also proves the fact those who have money or go to posh private school’s have a different set of punishment’s or lack the of than people that haven’t got that privilege get more server punishment for their crimes. As they are thought not to have the potential to do something “important” in their lives compared to someone who commits the same crime but because they went to a public school & live in the western suburbs they’d get the put in jail for years & what they do in life isn’t “important” enough. Obviously you’ve never lived west of Parramatta because if you have the stereotype that’s put on someone that lives in Blacktown, Mt Druitt or Penrith automatically are guilty & have no potential to do something with their lives.
