Thank you for watching, everyone.
This is the fourth installment of the "Sushi by the hour" series!
This time, we went to "Harutaka", an Edomae Sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo!
We started with snacks and enjoyed the sushi.
Aozora has been awarded three Michelin stars as a result of his efforts to obtain hints for his snacks by eating at various restaurants and visiting Tsukiji every morning to inspect the ingredients.
We interviewed Mr. Harutaka Takahashi, a sushi chef who is working even harder than before.

誰に向けてとか、インタビューの仕方等の意見はあるだろうけど、この方だからこそ一流の職人に聞ける話があるので、そこがこのチャンネルの価値だと思っています。 ただクラシックの説明は、お好きなのは分かるのですがもっと分かりやすくしてもいいと思います笑

以前テレビ番組でローカルな精肉店の紹介で言うほどうまくないのコメントを言ったのが凄いショックだった。なんかやな気分で終わったです。この動画見て一瞬で思い出しました。
