Hey Michael, Good to see you back making videos on a more regular basis. Another free tip back at ya...search for bug zappers on Amazon. They have small sized ones that can work off their own tiny solar panel, rechargeable ones, or 12v low draw...anyway, I'm sure a few mosquitos can still get into the van when you open the doors, and if you had a bug zapper, you wouldn't have to lay in bed clapping or slapping. Love the wood stove videos.

Hey Mike I'm just looking to view a 89 G10 do you have any tips for a possible buyer of an old Chevy van, what to check etc?

I think just make sure the transmission isn't slipping, watch out for too much rust on the underside, kind of standard stuff. Just be willing to replace parts that have aged. Look for coolant leaks, oil leaks, does it burn a lot of oil, etc. Ask if you can have it inspected by a mechanic if you're serious about it.

Eh, get a haircut ya hippy. Lol I need your side window with the screen, probably from a newer rv. Youre going to need to find someone to help you deal with that windshield area rust asap. My van is un-fixable and im building another one because they messed up on the gaskets twice. I have details for shields, gaskets and proper urethane application in Instagram. I you can share the info with your audience please do, i try but people dont seem to like listening to a woman for this sort of thing. Lol

Rust never sleeps. I'm not fixing it. Just going to drive it till it falls apart and get another one. The motor is great though! LOL.

Michael Coughlan theyre getting hard to find though and when you do, theyre $10g. Maintain the dang thing....please.... lol

@@BelindaTOV No way. Too much rust. Underneath too. Not worth the cost. They're not that bad in price around here. Ten thousand dollars here would get you something totally mint. Like fresh and squeaky clean. $5000 could get you something solid. One in mine's condition could probably be had for $1500 - $3000.

Michael Coughlan ....I paid $50 for mine in 2009 and she was spotless. I tried my best to maintain what i could but it wasnt enough and hubby didn't seem to want to put any time on her. I got a second for $600 and sold the seats for $500 and have spent four damn years trying to get one good van out of the two. I guess if you cry enough, you sometimes get through to people. Lol I understand some dont get the passion of a van and i think he might be getting the idea now. I will still mourn the loss of my rusted van when shes gone but she sure as hell did me good. Sorry for the spilling of feelings... period... lmao
