Good to see a youtube video of Ikeja GRA. The number 1 place I will love to live in Lagos. Serene with lots of coded billionaires and flood proof unlike the overhyped Lekki and several flood prone areas in Ikoyi.

Tolu you seems to be a Lagosian because you know and understands many road in Lagos. I have watched some of your videos and I must say you are doing very well. I left Lagos since 2008 and had made up my mind to remain here in Capetown. But having watched many videos from different KZfaqrs, (likes of Tayo Aina) I have made a huge turn around within me to come back to Nigeria and invest in properties in Lagos. Ikeja was my play ground when I was in Lagos. I have the whole map of Ikeja and the surroundings in my head.😀 Thank you very much for your labour.❤

Went to Grange School until 11 years old then boarding school in UK...going to Nigeria every school holiday.. The street was so quiet then...just houses. Leventis at one end and Lagos Country Club at the other end. I loved Ikeja, GRA and Nigeria. Thank you for posting Tolu. You have made a 62 year old nostalgic and happy !

I think he's an engineer and he's building his own car, so he's testing it out on the road, while he's still working on building it fully! He's definitely not done with it! He could also be trying to draw attention from rich investors to buy into his invention so they can see him and maybe might want to help him! Think about it! Otherwise, Nigeria is very beautiful and developing fast! Nigeria will be a great and fully developed country soon! Great content!

GRA doesn't flood as such, it's basically the absence of any form of drainage. However LASG is construction drainages...as compared to Osapa L. where every drive way is minimum 3feet high so water doesn't come into the compound but you there not leave your car on the street...the water level covers the tyres.

1....Nice video...but why do some developers not try to get a way that they can channel the water away. 2.....Why do developers also not think like people that will buy the properties....cuz some of these properties look so small without space.... 3...why do some developers also not try to design flowers/trees into the compound...at least they try to act like they are the ones that will live there.... Educative and entertaining video..thumbs up

Really liking this place better than Lekki. But you said this area is flood prone too. So what part of Lagos is flood free? My fav part is from 8:09min to 8:25mins, then the residential areas from 9:04mins to ....... All that green lushness! Well done beautiful lady, Tolu,

Actually a nice view In mainland I think is only in Ikeja that you can get beautiful places Other places still need some touches. I was stayin in mainland I wanted to move to island because it has so many beautiful places , I mean who doesn’t like lovely view 😀😀💃🏼💃🏼😂

Beautiful Tolu Nazzal! Always thought provoking contents! But is that terminology still relevant? GRA… stands for Government Reserved Area, and yet the majority of the infrastructure are privately owned! The best the government can do , is to at least tar or resurface each and every road in their GRA to prime standards! They owe the residents and business investors that much !

Hmmm… I always love your comments…you are so right…there are so many roads inside there that need attention but I think it will be done or I pray it will be done lol…they are working on the drainage in certain areas …hopefully they will follow up with the roads I hope get everywhere. GRA Ikeja probably is the safest area in Lagos, but the road condition is bad. To 9ja, gov only needs to work on two things: electricity and road
