I have been doing this work out for 2 months now, paired paired with the booty resistance band. In the first month, I used to do it every day, but now I am doing: one day on, one day off. The results are mooooore than visible. I feel like I did not have muscle before :)). All the friends I meet after this quarantine told me I look better and I have also kept pictures with before and after to monitor my progress. I am more than thankful for your videos. You have a different vibe. I tried other videos but they do not send me the same energy. People who dont know how to keep engaged, could write down their days. When I started I wrote how many days I've done, how many day left and this motivated me a lot. These exercises reduced my cellulite and improved my booty. Thank you Madfit for all your wonderful work!

You're amazing, thanks for the tips. I've been working out with Maddie for a week now and exactly as you said, she has a different energy, a different vibe. To put it simply, I don't even feel like I'm home alone, working out on my own, it feels like working out with a friend. Keep it up, strengthening your body, strengthens your mind and so puts a smile on your souls face. Shine on 🔥🌞❤️

hannah M try doing more unilateral workouts! I injured my left knee and my legs were really imbalances in terms of muscle but unilateral workouts really helped me balance them out

Today will be my third day of doing this workout and I genuinely have noticed a difference already. My bum used to be ridiculously flat and I’ve always been quite slim, but this workout whilst making sure I’m getting enough protein actually seems to be working. I’m amazed at the results already and I like how she takes her time doing the workouts so it’s easy to keep up with her.

I’ve been doing this workout three times a week combined with the 15 minute fat blasting hiit and 10 min resistance band booty workout and let me tell ya, I SEE RESULTS! Before MadFit I was never motivated to workout as often, but now I feel better than ever! Thank you😊💜

Hello! First of, thank you! Your workouts have kept me sane through these days. I do love all the no equipment stuff since i don’t have a lot here at home. I just wanted to ask if you could share what other things you do to stay fit. -For how long do you workout a day? -What else do you do on top of the at home stuff? -how many days a week do you workout and do you have rest days? If so how many? -can you share any healthy snacks ideas? It’s hard to stay away from eating while u are trapped at home, so some snacks ideas would be great. Thank you again! Love this one! It has been too long since I have done one and it showed! I almost did the 30 min flat stomach and round booty but am glad I went with the 20 min one lol. Thank you for helping us stay fit during COVID!

Im in the middle of my 2nd pregnancy and I truly feel squatting helped prepare my body for labor the 1st time around because lower body strength is so so important during delivery! This one will definitely be in my weekly (maybe even twice weekly) routine!

Not to be negative, I think setting a goal like this is great, however for maximum effectiveness you shouldn't be doing the same workout every day, changing things up/which part of the body you focus on will give your muscles enough time to recover and grow, also avoiding burn out

Ok so each time I do this workout did it about 5 times last year near the end of the year. I'm taking it seriously now but in here I'm gonna make a mini logbook showing my progress and how this girl is about to transform my body I love her workouts so much ❤ Day 1 - decided to put in so much effort and I'm on the verge of tears but I'm glad with how much I put in. I know if I continue I can get really awesome results

This is great! Love it that we don’t need to repeat circuits! Could you also record a longer workout 40-60 min so that we don’t need to stay 3-4 workouts in a go

Hi, i find the set of this excersises very useful for me after ACL reconstruction and partial meniscus resection. They're quite varieted and demanding that's nice and i really appreciate that you tell the essentials and excersie instead of lecturing. Big plus for no distractors in background too. Keep up the good work this way.

I would like to say thank you for doing such an excellent job of not only teaching us all these wonderful & well executed exercises but also for your excellent job of editing your video. Your voice is nice and clear, your presentation is perfect where we can see every move you make, your background music is nice and at the perfect level and I love the timer you have set to let us know when it's time to start and stop. A lot of people make the background music so loud you can't hear them talk and some videos their exercises aren't as clear and precise.

Thank you for making such effective workouts for us to follow! I have mild scoliosis and I have been following your full body stretch routine in addition with this workout and the cool down you suggest. I actually am seeing improvement in my flexibility and strength in my legs and spine. I’ve tried almost everything to help my back pain and this routine seems to have helped (3 weeks 4-5 days a week and going strong). Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dear Madi. Your videos are incredible! You are calm, collected, fit and to the point. I have always done workouts from home, I never liked the gym, so this is these are the perfect workouts for me. I do them once a week or so. I do a lot of yoga, but realize that my lower back and hips are the areas that do not seem to get strong enough and would love if you would offer such a workout ! Keep up the great work, you are do wonders for our health. 3.44 million of us !!!!! I’ll tell you what I got up today not in the mood to workout. Genuinely tired, sore, and crabby. I told myself I need to get up because I already had my rest day. Three workouts into this I was like “Man I just hate working out right now.” But I pushed through! And I swear when she said “Okay now for your last workout” I was like WAIT I DID IT?! You really need to push yourself on days you don’t wanna get up that’s when it counts the most. This is my second time doing this video and I love it! 🙌🏼

I love this workout- I've done it a few times whenever I get the courage to begin working out again, and as a beginner it feels like I've pushed myself and accomplished something new each time- which is hard to find a balance of in youtube videos, they usually either feel too challenging or just not intense enough but this was the perfect combination for my body, Thank you so much for creating :) !
