This is to the people who are criticizing her audible breathing: I suspect she is breathing like that to show people when to inhale and when to exhale because the inhale and exhale are supposed to be done in conjunction to the correct part of the exercise. If someone following doesn't know when to do which, then they won't be doing it correctly. I actually like it when someone is clear with the breathing because I always forget when I'm supposed to be inhaling and when I'm supposed to be exhaling in relations to the movements.

Her audible breath is very helpful for ppl like me who forget to breathe when working out. I wish more yoga and Pilates teachers were more audible so I’d know when to breathe. Thank you :)

I actually love the audio breath because I hold my breath and often get lightheaded during workouts. Great video and keep up the great work!

I agree with you-- I am a neophyte and so I am not always sure when to breathe in or at --her audible breaths helped tremendously.

Heather Tobin well i mean most people don’t come for fucking yoga lol. we’re just using the creator as a means of body toning. don’t have to get all cut because people are dissing her breathing methods. Familiarise yourself..? To contrary beliefs that is.

I do not know Yoga, but I love her breathing; it is extremely calming and relaxing. I also enjoy he tdd voice. :)

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzfaq.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

I have done this work out twice a day, everyday (with bands) for the past week and I can already feel a huge difference to the muscles in my arms and tummy. I would suggest some warm up stretches beforehand though, as my body aches so much the morning after without them.

Warm ups (i.e. opening up the joints, getting blood pumping into the muscles, warming the body) should always be done BEFORE exercise and stretching. Cold muscles can't be stretched - so stretching is done post-workout when muscles and joints are most warm and flexible.

This is just what I was looking for. I can do it seated in the chair (except for the plank which I cannot do). The breathing sound helped me remember to breath as I was doing the exercises. I just started, I look forward to seeing if it makes a difference in a few weeks. I'm sure it will!

I can't do the full plank as one of my shoulders & my back can't handle it but I did find the half plank a lot easier as my knees help spread the load

awesome infinity band workout!! just did it for the first time and I'm confident that adding this to my upper body routine will make a huge difference for me! thanks! (also, the breathing doesn't bother me in the least - it just sounds like yoga breathing and it's a good reminder to not hold our breath while doing the exercises)

That breathing that you hear is very important. It is also one of the best exercises for lowering you high blood pressure. Instead of complaining, learn how to do it and it will also clear your mind and calm your spirits.

People defending her on her breathing techniques from other people saying they have a problem with it but i haven't found one comment on someone having a problem with her breathing Cuz all iv seen are nice comments on her breathing techniques. I used to do ballet moderately well, with a very strong back. But I have never in my life been able to do pushups. So can't do that plank business, not at all. But those scapula exercises, they were easier than all of the others. I am 70, and try to keep my posture going. Lost all my strength in my legs, but not my back.

I got quite big arms, always have had them. But the flap has become more prominent lately. I'd like to strengthen my triceps again, to a tight upper arm, like when I used to train a lot. I was wondering, how often do we do these exercises and how quickly can you lose/tighten your arms again? My biceps and shoulder muscles have already slimmed down a lot since I finally starting working out again. And I LOVE IT! It's not torture or a must, I just want to workout.

Just found this and really enjoyed it! Almo6like personal training at home❤ have been really struggling with finding not only guidance but motivation to use my resistance bands that I bought! My goal is to become extremely comfortable with the bands before I move to gym work outs as I'm pretty self conscious on my form and abilities and such!

I'm kinda scared that my band will rip apart and slap me in the face 😩 I bought a set of mini bands from a good sports store but I'm still scared that it will break 😅

Haha! Do a little stretch test first and if you're not confident then go get a higher quality pair. I just bought a set that has grips on the inside and is made of stretchy fabric vs rubber so it doesn't roll/slide and is stronger.

sorry,not trying to be rude but are you not suppose to breath out when is harder.newer seen anyone doing push ups and exhale when going down and inhale when going up.pleas corect if i am wrong

You breathe OUT on the exertion, regardless of exercise.

What's harder for you? try switching when you breathe in and out. Everyone is different. I like to breathe in on the up because I feel it brings in more oxygen, giving my muscles the extra strength to push back up.

It depends on your strength. I'd find one that you can do a few reps with.
