A low impact hourglass workout to cinch your waist, round your hips, & grow your butt! Repeat at least 2x in one session to increase results. Dumbbell weights are optional, but if you want to build some curves, I recommend adding them. I am using a set of 1lb/.45kg dumbbells here.

I’ve worked out for years, taught group fitness for many years, had 4 kids and had repetitive disk issues in my lower back over the years so though I continue to exercise and stay healthy, I cannot do everything I used to do so that hourglass shape is not there. It’s just straight through the waist as I approach menopause. I’m hoping this great workout will help bring shape back to my waistline. Thanks so much for doing an hourglass workout that does not appear it will hurt my back!! (And doing it outside!!! 👏) I so appreciate that you keep your videos short and intense and also your very simple, no nonsense, no cueing, just start right away (no fancy channel intro, no talk, no “like and subscribe”) just heading straight into truly challenging workouts! You’re so inspiring, thank you!!!

A woman who fears diabetes, heart disease and becoming immobile as she ages should be praised. There are so many women who claim to fear the lord and are sitting in the hospital right now, suffering, because they didn't keep up with and maintain their health. If you really want to show god love then take care of the body god gave you.

It smells but they still drink it, and the dairy one smells bad as well, I work in postpartum/nursery, most of our moms do breastfeed. But you're right some simply can't based upon a variety of factors. Some just don't have resources and lactation support. My advice do your research if you plan on living this lifestyle. I know women who healed their infertility by going Whole food plant based as well as eliminating other toxic factors. Ie. Endocrine disruptors found in so many cosmetics. The app Yuka helps with this and gives alternative safer options. Hope this gives some insight
