A low impact hourglass workout to cinch your waist, round your hips, & grow your butt! Repeat at least 2x in one session to increase results. Dumbbell weights are optional, but if you want to build some curves, I recommend adding them. I am using a set of 1lb/.45kg dumbbells here.
