Stretching became the corner stone of my daily life nd fitness journey for the last 2yrs...and I gotta tell ya...so annoyed with myself for not starting a lot sooner. Stretching is so important to maintain good posture, mobility, strong cardiovascular system and overall mood. Good job with the video love...keep it up.

I came across your video, looking for stretches for low back pain. Every time my back is feeling tight or like I pulled something, somewhere. I come to this video and it immediately offers relief. Love it! I'll keep my eye out for more like this, that targets these areas. Hoping you'll make more!

i’ve had back pain for years. i’ve done everything massages foam rolling chiropractors testosterone injections…. nothing lasting. after doing these stretches i got up and was so amazed because i had no pain. i’ve had constant pain FOR YEARS. i could cry❤😢

I know I'm late but I must say initially this routine was no joke! Especially the kneeling quad stretch! Couldn't reach my ankle at first (and was too stubborn and proud to use a prop). But now I can! Thank you for these stretches. I use this one and the older one you did for standing.

Thank you so much for this! I love that this stretch is beginner friendly only because I love your workouts so much, but I struggle doing them. It would be so wonderful if you made more beginner friendly workouts. Cardio and strength training. I’m trying to build muscle! 😂

I love this because I work from home so sitting for so long I feel that this will be good for me. How often do you recommend doing this?

Thanks! 💕 I recommend doing this on days that you train legs/ lower body, cardio days( ex. going on long walks or running) and on days you do any high impact exercise( ex. HIIT workouts).
