I hate the fact I had to type in "Stretch Exercises Black People" for any person of color to pop up. When you just put in Stretch Exercises only yt people come up 😤. I'm so glad I found you. Will be using your stretches for now on 😊

I never comment on KZfaq but I felt the need to here. I have been doing these stretches for over a month every morning. I am postpartum 8 months and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. These stretches have helped so tremendously that I have recommended it to all my friends. I actually look so forward to doing this video first thing in the morningthat I started to do it before I go to bed as well. I feel so flexible now. Sis, I did this for the first time today and let me tell you I was sweating when I got done. But it felt sooo good. I’ve decided to do this stretch routine every morning before I go to the gym and at night before bed. I didn’t realize how important stretching is because I wasn’t doing it at all. I've done these stretches every other night for the past 2 weeks and it has totally helped. I have been dealing with lower back pain for several years and body stiffness for the past few months. I guess all I needed was a good stretching. Thank you so much!

Thank you for having a routine that does not include Downward Dog! Due to a heart condition I get lightheaded easily. This is the first routine I’ve found that I can get all the way through without having to skip inversions.

I just recently found this channel and this video. I have not worked out in a very long time. I am overweight and stiff but I am happy to say I survived throughout the video! LOL.. At my current weight and shape, some of the stretches were hard to do but I completed the entire routine. My body is so stiff, it is painful to workout and this stretching process is what I needed. I plan to do this one daily until my body is ready to move on to more intense stretching and workouts. Btw, the music was so relaxing... Loved it!

This routine is very well put together. Many instructors say flexibility but end up doing a lot of strength poses like down dog and up dog. Her focus is on lower body which is the tightest area for most beginners.

As someone who hasn’t dedicated time to stretch in years, I carry a lot of tension . And I often dread stretching because it hurts so much 🥴. I have terrible mobility and neck pain all the time. I lift weights but need to start doing more then the 5 minute cool down and stretch routine I've been doing. I've spent a lot of time searching KZfaq for something I can do. Your the one girl! All the comments praise you!! So glad I found you!!

I’ve been doing this followed by Tom Merrick’s 12 minute hip mobility routine for several months now and it truly feels amazing. I only do yours after my workouts but on my rest days I do both. You two are amazing!💕

I do this every morning, but add in a Couple things - down dog, cobra, and deep lunge stretches, along with a sitting waist +spine twist, and a side stretch. I've been slowly feeling better and better. Especially if I do these quickly before bed too!

Toni, God bless you for this video 😮‍💨🙏🏾😌 I have been doing this video almost 5-6 months and I didn’t notice until last week that I have better mobility versus years prior! I recently started your 10 minute ab video and your toned leg video and that combination has helped me tremendously!! Praying God continues to bless you and everything you do and think!!! Hi Toni, I’ve been doing this stretches ever since this video came out but I did stop for a while but the past two weeks I’ve been doing these stretches I feel much better. Thank you for keeping this video up, these stretches are really good for my back and my legs and arms, I have muscular dystrophy so this yoga stretches are definitely helping me walk better and have better stamina and endurance. ❤
