My wife is refusing chemo therapy for breast cancer and doing the Gerson juicing therapy. Gerson is pseudo-science for cancer treatment, at best. It's based on testimonials. It may be good to prevent cancer but once a cell has undergone mutagenesis and you have cancer, it's a new ballgame. Can you address this in a video? It's doing real harm by creating cult-like false hope.

@@billytheweasel My wife did the Gerson plan for 1 year: Norwalk Juicer - juicing around $400/week organic greens, carrots, etc, 8 times a day, organic coffee enemas 4 times a day, for a little over a year, no progress on reducing the tumor whatsoever. She finally gave in to radiation and chemo, and still died 6 months later. Don't trust Gerson plan.

It's not absurd to try to avoid impacting on other sentient animals. Just that, in this case, it's bad strategy because margarine has some nasties, and doesn't taste good. Then again, given how cold it is in Finland, maybe a lot of people use marg for convenience?
@messrsandersonco5985

People are not absurd. They're ignorant - which literally means "uninformed", but or they make a choice about how they want to live (and possibly die). There's no excuse for being uninformed in this day and age, and the rule re food has always been, "everything in moderation". Also, people START smoking and taking other drugs, including alcohol, knowing the dangers and probability of a bad outcome. That's not 'absurd'. It's a conscious choice. At the end of the day, we all have to die of something. The question becomes, "what's our poison?" For some, it may well be fast food which isn't mentioned in this video about food. For others, it could be drugs, alcohol or smoking. Humans are inherently flawed in this matter. No other creature deliberately poisons itself through food or drink, what it ingests!

My youngest son had ADHD. It was simply called hyperactivity in those days in the 80's in the UK. We found food & drink with coal tar derivative artificial colourings, Sodium benzoate preservative in lemonade & Mono Sodium Glutamate triggered it. Even small amounts could trigger the problem. When we avoided giving him foods with those chemicals in then then no probs. I'm just glad we took the trouble to find the cause instead of him going on Ritalin. We spoke to other parents who had the same problem. But in those days the government denied additives could cause it. Lobbying by big food & drink companies I have no doubt. Which is really bad as the effects can be devastating on the child & the family.

True, to a point. Now, though, the monsters running the world, are figuring-out ways to FORCE us to consume what they're pushing at us. Prisoners, people in nursing homes, children in schools, military personnel, people in hospitals - and many others - are MANDATED to be fed according to "guidelines" and "standards of care". The monsters are controlling the establishment of those "guidelines" and "standards". They're even causing words to be officially "redefined", in order to further their objectives. They're making effective medications illegal, in order to push the ones which are more profitable. In some countries, they've made supplements available only by prescription. They're trying, right this minute, to do that, here in the US. At one point, in the US, they were trying to make home-grown foods illegal to sell, or even to share (for "health" and "sanitation" reasons: factory farms, somehow, were regarded as healthful and sanitary). They'll try, again. And eventually, they'll succeed. And don't forget the deliberately-orchestrated "supply chain crises", which are dandy for forcing consumers to buy whatever remains on the shelves.

Hi Dr Sten, what opus your opinion of alternative ‘milks’? Ie, oat, rice soya etc all seem to have rapeseed oil, or some other seed oils in them. Some contemporary advice says to avoid seed oils altogether. This is hard to do when you cannot tolerate cows milk. I now use oat milk, but it has seed oil in it, I’d like to know what is the effect of consuming these ‘alternative products. Is this perhaps why my digestion is so compromised? I would very much like to know what you think. Thank you.

More than20 years ago there were big discussions in Canada regarding the farm salmon. Canada allowed Norwegian companies that were banned in Norway to start business on the West coast, raising Atlantic salmon. Not only salmon from another ocean was put in its unnatural environment, but also with all the other negatives already described in the video.

Naturally, there is never any mention of the fact that no attempt was made to establish whether or not a causal link exists. ' Unfortunately this is merely an assertion, unsupported by evidence, on the part of the authors but at least it makes us aware of what the vaccine makers may be hiding, and that so-called controlling bodies may be colluding with them -- or that they're just dumb. It still shocks me when I go to a supermarket and see the amount of processed foods. You would think my adult kids would know better, but they are the same, it's all 'ready to eat'. So sad when people are complaining about rising 'grocery' costs, but won't make the effort to buy local raw ingredients. They pay so much for these poisonous additives :(

Wow Dr. Stenberg: This is an eye opener. After 40 year of making so many wrong choices with food not knowing what we were not only eating but feeding to our parents and children. Thank you so much for all the great information you bring to us. We are becoming wiser and knowledgeable about all info that was hidden from us. You are doing the Lords Gods good work by educating the masses. I just found out of your videos last year. But better late than never. I must say there are not many genuine, selfless people who would give one all the information that you are providing to us simple, daily folks. May God Bless you and may you never stop creating these videos for us. My husband also watches and i try to pass to my children your videos so they are also aware of this. Sadly, companies will feed u anything as long as they can make a buck from u. But we all should become wiser as this is going to skyrocket with these companies competing to make more money at our health’s expense. We pay a handsome sum to treat sickness that they create for us and they profit even then. We all must beat these companies by banning such products completely Thank you so much, again.

Thank you for sharing important videos about health and food (their relation). Thank you even more for daring to be so honest. Daring to give true information is not always, or better they probably hate it, appreciated by people who make a lot (shoploads) of money by selling the terrible stuff. I wish you and everybody who cares for others a very happy and healthy 2022.

Dr Ekberg, just discovering your channel. Suggestion: is it possible to show/display a food label for items/products/additives that are bad that we might recognize what to look for??? If not, OK, just thought it might be beneficial. I realize you do frequently. d

Australian farm raised salmon unfortunately is not banned. The salmon farms are in the state of Tasmania and it tastes terrible compared to real Canadian wild salmon.

I really don't understand why farmed salmon is the only salmon to find in the grocery store in Sweden.. Not even the fishtruck outside the stores. I live in a town where you can find local fish, lamb moose and deer in the grocery store.. but only farmed salmon?!?!?! To find wild caught salmon you have to order online from a fish truck that travels through the different towns. And still salmon is the main fish used in different keto recipes ..

Hi Betty, I'm Swedish and buy ONLY farmed salmon from the Faroe Islands. Findus sell this as frozen in 4 x 250 pieces. Perfect for my Keto. It's not ideal but read my recent comment. I agree that wild-caught would be best, but Findus is the second best alternative. Cheers.

Unfortunately wild salmon numbers have drastically declined in the wild. That's why it's hard and expensive to buy wild salmon where you live.

There's entire documentaries on fish farming issues especially in Norway. It's controlled by politicians and under the guise of "green" and "renewable" with no thought to the people's health.
