good stuff! does "heel to the ground" ankle mobility count when actually using squat shoes with wedges as depicted here?

Great video! Lots of helpful info when it comes to back squat variations and explanations/purposes of them. What is your opinion on the front squat (curious about your opinion since it is more vertical based variation which puts a bit more emphasis on the core and the upper body through more stabilization); Keep up the great work!

We freaking love front squats! This video was specifically back squat variations, might make a quad exercise video and front squats will def be on there

@@IsaiahRivera1 Thanks a lot for your opinion. I agree for the front squats. For quads, my top 3 exercises which I would pick are the front squats, the leg extension and some form of an isometric exercise which you can utilize in a hypertrophy/general conditioning phase.

Curious question, if you are training to jump higher in the sand vs a gym floor, would concentric exercises play a bigger role to your performance because of the how reactionary forces react in the sand vs a gym floor? Any other key training tips for sand that might differ from the gym floor too?
@cdl34453
@cdl34453 9 ай бұрын
Your gonna see slower ground contacts times and inefficient Force production upon ground Contact in the sand because of its soft properties you want to be training on hard surfaces as much as possible to optimize training results

Hey Isaiah, it looks like on your pin squats the bar is not in line with your mid foot but is pretty much all the way over your toes. Is this normal? I feel like getting a slightly more vertical back and having the bar under your center of mass would take strain off the knees a bit?
@IsaiahRivera1
