To all subscribers you may want to rethink eating sardines from cans (yes all cans are now made of aluminum) just like beer cans and so on. I used to eat pretty much every second day (for 30 years) 1 can of sardines (high in OMEGA-3) unfortunatly had to stop due to very high aluminum in my cells. I am now on sillica protocol to get rid of this poison. My dentist refused to touch my fillings I have since I was a teenager. I can already feel deference drinking sillica water (have 1.2 L). To get rid of some other poison among them fluor I was supplementing Lugol's at 190 mg per day for a week. Dr.O keep up good work. cheers

I had 9 silver amalgam fillings removed. Dentist used rubber dams on them. Then I went through 12 DMPS therapy sessions to pull out mercury, cadmium, and arsenic. That was 26 years ago. I have autoimmune disorders, hashimoto's and I'm being tested now for MS. It's hard to say, but I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I didn't do this work 26 years ago.

Aluminum is also in the water. You can remove it from the body using high-silica water. Fiji brand is one example. See Dennis Crouse, PhD on the subject of aluminum and alzheimers.

@@petrichor100 Modest dosing of selenium will detox arsenic. I doubt fiji is all that high - they're the victim of a smear campaign.

I have THALLIUM heavy metals poisoning from eating too much broccoli and cabbage while on keto. Be careful people. Thallium is NASTY and nearly impossible to chelate. Radiogardase is hard to get and $150 a bottle before your practitioner marks it up -- and you'll probably need at least a month's worth, which will be a min of $2500 ish. My practitioner is marking me up even more, making each bottle nearly $200! Yes; I need a new doctor; this is insane.

I Recently discovered your channel and I'm very thankful for the honest info you provide. Please share helpful tips for assisting those who are trying to break away from op ioid addiction and/or fa rma (I'm aware of misspells) sublx substitute. I am told their "solution " is worse than the orig. Issue, and the "system " won't help. Many are crying out for freedom, and would be eternally grateful for any supplement advice to help get through de tox , alive .

Hello from Naples, FL. Thoughts on Hydrosol/Colloidal Silver? My understanding is that it’s safe, but would love your thoughts. How about BINDERS? I take Zeolite practically every night, before bed. Cherishing the information you share!! Was “traditional G/F” for years…just recently Grain-free. Even friends are noticing a difference (even my husband’s friends). They were horrible. I had them in seven grade. I was 12 years old and by the time, I was 25 years old, all of them had caused, my teeth that was filled, had rotten. So maybe the agenda, for my teeth, had nothing, to do with saving my teeth!

I have a lot of fillings that have been done in the past twenty years. Do you suggest the white fillings? I now tell the dentist to use white fillings but next week I go again the cavity is under the crown so my dentist says it has to have a dark filling. I give up it is never ending. Aluminum is bad too. Are Berkeley water filters really good? I do have one. Does anyone know if the water from Berkeys are alkaline or acidic? Sometimes I think it is no good for gastritis…….Like I said I give up. LOL…….

Made in China...PbCO3 or Lead-white color was the white color hundreds of years ago prior to the inventions of Zinc Oxide and Titanium oxide early 1900's. China closed her country due to communism for 50 years and missed the introductions of modern colors.

Depends on where it's grown. iirc cadmium content in soil and uptake is much greater in certain cultivars when grown in volcanic soil, eg parts of south america. Grown in Africa, ivory coast, etc, content differs. Fertilizer is another factor. Some plantations grow with complimentary crops like vanilla, and then husks of both are put back around the tree. This could cause accumulation of cadmium, perhaps.

@@ruth.greening I haven't heard that. What did it say? To my knowledge it's all in the soil. With chocolate that uses, in my mind improper, ingredients like soy lecithin, if the soy is GMO and grown with phosphate fertilizer that could also contribute. The main way the production stage would contribute is through altering the cacao butter and solids ratio (via production of chocolate liquor).

@@ruth.greening I skimmed the transcript of a few of the top results, they also stated that it's taken up from the soil. Pretty much in line with what the research literature has said for several years. I'm just curious why it's blowing up now.
