I want to clarify something, as I've seen a lot of (justified) shock and outrage about it in the comments: Denialshipping, aka. BluestarxWhitestorm, is an ancient, and I mean, ANCIENT ship. It existed back when the original series hadn't even been completed yet, long before Bluestar's Prophecy, or even super editions, existed. Back then, no one knew that Bluestar and Whitestorm were related. It received the name Denialshipping after their relation was confirmed, and avid shippers went into denial for a short time before the ship was abandoned altogether. I find it a very interesting piece of Warriors history, but as it wasn't really related to the topic, I obviously didn't want to derail the video by going on a tangent about it, so it became a visual gag/easter egg for old school fans. Sorry I didn't explain this sooner!

I have a headcanon that I think makes Cloud and Bright even cuter. Since Brighthearts left ear was torn off, she is hard of hearing in that ear. So Cloudtail sits on her right side during regular life and sits on her left when she feels down or during clan meeting or gatherings so he can block her scared sides from view of other cats or to relay information she might have missed

Before we start, I'd like to give my top 5 favorite ships: 5) Turtle ships: These Korean ships, under Admiral Yi Sunsin, held the line during the Japanese invasion in the late 1500s. 4) HMS Victory: Cool name and the pinnacle of the age of the sail. 3) and 2) respectfully are the CSS Virginia and the USS Monitor: The ship duel that ended the age of sail, both cool and groundbreaking in their own way. 1) USS Enterprise: The Grey Ghost, served in key battle in the Pacific during WWII and was a driving factor in the US winning the Pacific theater. Pretty safe, probably underrepresenting the ancient era, but what can you do... CloudtailxBrightheart is my favorite warriors ship

Here’s also one thing about Jayfeather and Briarlight’s relationship that I think is really interesting: out of all the deaths involved in Jayfeather’s life, it was Briarlight’s death that emotionally broke him. Not Leafpool afterwards, not even Hollyleaf TWICE, but with just one person who’s life he focused so much on. It was also the one time we truly get to witness Jayfeather’s emotional side by being so distraught by Briarlight dying that he blamed himself for her death, believing that his illness killed her, even if he had to put it aside and perform his duty to help Ivypool have her kits! It’s almost to like a reversal to Flametail’s death! Bruh, at this point, all Jayfeather is missing in his life is a hug.

1:14 I love the polyamorous relationship grey wing had with turtle tail and slate, throughout the books, there is an unwavering loyalty turtle tail has for grey wing even before they were mates, and when they do become mates, grey wing puts everything into the relationship, even to go as far as too raise turtle tails kits with her. And when she dies, he still puts it upon himself to still raise sparrow fur, owl eyes, and pebble heart. Time passes and grey wing starts to feel like everything is moving too quickly for him and begins to feel like he has little purpose in tall shadows camp. But it is through slate that he is able to find a new life in wind runners camp. And when turtle talks to grey wing about it, he tells her that he loves them both equally. Best part is that turtle tail is okay with it. Their honestly a great OT3 in my opinion

I'm honestly surprised Ravenpaw and Barley aren't on this list. Not mad, just surprised. They are definitely canon in the books, for one. Ravenpaw's Farewell confirms that without a doubt. Then there's the beautiful story and relationship they share together: helping each other through their respective traumas, finding a home in each other when their places of birth didn't suit them, being fiercely devoted to the other their whole lives, all the adorable cuddling and grooming, defending each other through danger, Ravenpaw swearing to always watch over Barley while dying on Barley's paws, Barley's grief and longing to be reunited with Ravenpaw in Greystripe's Vow, and much more. It's a beautiful love story, and the authors did all they could to make it canon. It deserves to be acknowledged as such, even if they never officially used the word 'mate'. (Hollyleaf and Fallen Leaves didn't use the word 'mate' either, and people still consider that canon. Heck, RavenBarley has used the word 'love', while Fallen x Holly never did.)

FirexSand isn't my favorite ship but it's up there. Here me out, I know it's basic cause it's the first main protagonists ship, but think about it. It's a enemy to lovers ship with actual development. Sandstorm gets a character arc without it immediately leading to romance. Once she matures they becomes friends, like Crookedxwillow, and it feel natural, at least to me, when they become romantically attached. Also, Firestorm is the coolest ship name out there. Personally my favorite ship is Turtle tail and Gray Wing. Love your videos :)

Okay here's my fave couples bc I'm inspired now (not in any sort of order): Cloudtail and Brightheart - I love how Cloudtail always stood by Brightheart while she was ashamed of her wound. Crowfeather and Leafpool - Ok this is an unpopular opinion but this is my fave couple of all time. I love how Leafpool would always think of Crowfeather and they left their beloved Clans for each other for a bit. They rlly do actually love each other. Stormfur and Brook - They basically just loved each other from the start and never stopped doing so.

Okay, so imma rate these relationships and give my two cents Brook x Stormfur: I don’t really care for this couple. Yes, they are very loyal to each other, but they aren’t really that important or that interesting. Billystorm x Leafstar: I haven’t read SkyClan’s Destiny, SkyClan and the Stranger, or even Hawkwing’s Journey so I can’t really get what you’re saying, but still, they sound really cool together! Clear Sky x Star Flower: I was really happy when you included this couple in the video! I absolutely adore both Star Flower and Clear Sky with their flaws and all! Yes, Star Flower’s relationship with Thunder may have been fabricated, but her’s with Clear Sky wasn’t! They perfectly compliment each other and the way Star Flower is always there for him despite his mistakes is very cute. I love how much Clear Sky cares for her as well. Despite the fact that their relationship moves FAR too quickly to seem believable to me, the results that come of their love is amazing! I love how much they support each other when Tiny Branch dies and how they take Honey Pelt in! Just, really good stuff! Poppyfrost x Berrynose: I really like this ship as well! It may not be has popular as Honeyfern x Berrynose which I also ship, but it is still really wholesome! I love their journey they make together and despite their rough patches, happily end up in love, raising their two children! Micah x Moth Flight: This couple is literally amazing! This is one of the best couples ever! More people should ship it! Really! It is so utterly sweet and you can really feel how much Moth Flight loves Micah. I was genuinely really sad and actually cried when Micah died Willowbreeze x Crookedstar: I don’t necessarily remember what this ship was like because it has been so long since I’ve read Crookedstar’s Promise, but the way the you described it made it sound really sweet and great! Jayfeather x Briarlight: This definitely should have been a couple instead of him and Half Moon. I’m still mad about that. I like how much Briarlight’s death broke Jayfeather down and finally revealed his soft underbelly. Even though Briarlight’s death was really unfair, it’s still a cute moment! Brightheart x Cloudtail: A genuinely very adorable ship! Even after their time in the spot-light they are some of the sweets cats together! I love them with their children as well! Overall, I really agree with you! I’m just kinda confused why you say that Clear Sky was bad to Bright Stream. Yes, his relationship with Storm was bad, but he was nothing but kind to Bright Stream. They barely got to be mates together before she died which really impacted him. I guess you could say that Clear Sky was a bad mate to her because he goaded her into following the Sun Trail with him, but it is ultimately her decision, so I don’t get it. Some other couples I really like are: Jagged Peak x Holly: I just love how she is the only cat that accepts him for more than his injury Wind Runner x Gorse Fur: Solid paring! They go through their rough patches, but are pretty great to have around Thistleclaw x Snowfur: I guess I just like how Snowfur’s sweetness rubs off on Thistleclaw and how much he loved Whitekit. Thistleclaw after her death was cool to see too; him being menacing and paranoid and shit. Berrynose x Honeyfern: Honeyfern is one of my favorite characters! I was really rooting for her to get Berrynose because of her crush! They are just really sweet! Grey Wing x Turtle Tail: Their relationship was sort on the rocks in The Sun Trail, when he pushes her away and makes her feel like she doesn’t matter to him, but after that they are pretty cute! When Turtle Tail returns in Thunder Rising, I absolutely adore how slow their relationship is taken at first until building up to them raising the kits together. Another thing! Grey Wing was such a good father to their kits. It was just really adorable! I don’t much care for Slate though. I don’t get her personality and I find that their relationship moves to fast. Turtle Tail x Bumble: This isn’t canon, but it is heavily implied to me lol. When Grey Wing didn’t notice Turtle Tail and was heavily controlling over her, Bumble was there for Turtle Tail. I think the fact that Turtle Tail moved to live with Bumble is proof enough that they had feelings. Turtle Tail’s reaction to Bumble’s death hits really hard as well. Just, good stuff here! I have a prediction that Dovewing x Tigerheart will be in the top worst Warriors couples of all time. I just really hate Dovewing and Tigerheart as a couple together. When you said CloudtailxBrightheart, I got extremely excited.

Imo, Crookedwillow tops Brightcloud for the pure reason that it doesn't have a lot of the ablest undertones. Brightheart refers to Cloudtail's love as what fixed her in many scenes from their relationship. It's just a lot less powerful than Crookedwillow where they boosted each other and had an equal stance in their relationship. Willowbreeze didn't fix Crookedstar, because he wasn't broken. Brightheart wasn't either. That is way more of an issue overarching the books though. Still, respect your choice but that's just my 2 cents.

Leafstar and Billystorm are one of my FAVORITE couples in the entire series! They are one of the healthiest couples, who treat each other as complete equals, and I loved reading about them as a kid. Their relationship is what makes SkyClan's Destiny one of my favorite super editions. I haven't finished your video yet, but i really hope you include Willowbreeze and Crookedstar on this list.

My only complaint is that Spottedleaf x Crush soda was not in the honerable mentions. But honestly, it's wonderful to see this list. While not always target landing, when the romance in Warriors shines, it shines like the sun.

My opinion as a dedicated Warriors series reader: 7. A sweet off-to-the-side romance, and the loyalty point is spot on 6. Truly appreciated this one, especially with its steady development, realistic fights as a couple, and the wonderful manga series that came with it (also, SHUT UP ABOUT HAWKWING'S JOURNEY) 5. A good example of a guy who's loved, lost, and made mistakes learning to be better as a mate and as a father. Star Flower is mostly just a young sweet talker mixed with a tough cookie personality. 4. A major cuteness factor here, while Berrynose was very clumsy in the relationship, especially with Poppyfrost's sister Honeyfern, he does come around to be a very supportive parent in OotS. 3. The first forbidden romance with an unusual workaround for the 'love at first sight' trope, especially with his carefree personality, but I hate how this became the reason for the 'medicine cat chastity' law 🙄 2. A great example of a non-forbidden romance done right, and while tragically cut off at the parenting stage, their acceptance of each other despite birth circumstances or physical defects is definitely inspiring. 1. Very kindred relationship, especially during the early stages when Cloudtail showed his love for her even despite her terrible injuries. In addition (mostly because my girlfriend and I have this difference too), I love how this is one of the very few pairings between characters of different spiritual beliefs. Also appreciate how their daughter became the mother of Ivypool and Dovewing, so there's that too 😁 Overall, excellent analysis and video!

Feathertail and Crowfeather will always be my favorite couple in the entire series. They had a really good chemistry and their relationship didn't feel rushed at all, since it took its time to develop correctly. I really enjoyed reading their interactions and the dynamic they had was just amazing, like, Feathertail was literally the only cat that really tried to understand Crowpaw during the journey. She saw beyond his prickly shield and offered him her friendship, to which he accepted and opened up to her. They both showed a lot of affection for each other and it felt so cute and natural. I really hate Leafpool and Crowfeather together, by the way. The thing that LeafCrow shippers always seem to forget is that, in Starlight, literally a few pages back from the part where he confesses his feelings to Leafpaw, Crowfeather said to her that he still loved Feathertail. C'mon, nobody remembers that Crowfeather was always referring to Feathertail when he saved Leafpaw? It could be said that Crowfeather saw her as a brown Feathertail. Both she-cats share a lot of similarities, so it's not strange to think that Crowfeather came to the conclusion that he needed Leafpool because of how much she reminded him of Feathertail. I dare to say that he created a whole alternate universe in his head where he saved Feathertail and they get to ran away together.
