3x5 weighted dips
+77.5kg/170.8lbs
(187.5kg/413.3lb total weight)
3x3 OHP @ 95kg/210lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure
