Yup, scurvy was never vitamin C deficiency, it was back then they didn’t have refregeration to keep the meat fresh.

3 BMs a day? More like a BM every 3 days. If you eat mostly meat, there just isn't as much 'waste' to get rid of.

You lose so much water and weight when you first start and than level out so my own experience would lead me to believe this to be true, plus so many others that have been on this diet for years and feeling great; you don't heal all your health issues and thrive for years if you need fiber and don't consume it. Still we need studies; this is great news!
