Step 1: Put two earbuds back into the charging case, then waiting for their indicator lights go on red.
Step 2: After the red indicator lights on two earbuds go on for 5 seconds, hold the touch area for 8 seconds until the indicator lights flash red and blue alternately.
Step 3: Take two earbuds out, then waiting for them pair with each other until the LED light of Right earbud goes off, Left earbud flashes red and blue alternately.
Step 4: Two earbuds have been reset to the default settings. Then re-pair with your device.

I have started getting issues in my tronsmart neo. I am not able to use it in calling. The other party is not able to understand what I am saying as the call volume is very low. No issues with music. Could you please provide me the fix otherwise I have to buy new one for calling. Please help. 🙏

So my issue is like this. I lost my left one, so I've been using the right earpiece for a while. Suddenly this one is blinking blue and red and doesn't work well solo anymore. Is there anything I can do? Pls help

I am experiencing problems with my unit. After successfully pairing with one side, the other side continues to appear as available for pairing, when the correct is only one side to be available. Even after resetting according to the video, the problem continues. How can I solve this?

My earbuds do not charge when they are dropped in case and while the case is connected to USB for charging, charge indication light doesn't glow. Any idea why??

​@@secArthur Please make sure the red light goes on when you put two earbuds back into the charging case, which means they are put the right position. If it does not work, please contact the seller first, or our customer support team at: support@tronsmart.com

@@TronSmartYTB The headphones, when put in the box, do not respond, they do not glow red. The left earphone flashes red and blue all the time while searching for a pairing device. The case cannot be charged, any editorial office. I wrote an email to the seller

Please try to reset your earbuds first. Here are the steps: 1. Hold for 5 seconds to turn off the earbuds. 2. Hold for 5 seconds on both earbuds until the red and blue light flashes alternately and then tap the button on both earbuds 4 times until the indicator light goes off. 3. Put them back into the case, after a while, take them out, they will be reset to factory settings.

Buenas, como abro o desarmo mi tronsmart onyx neo? Su case sufrió de 2 caídas de 40 centímetros y ya no carga la caja ni carga los audífonos, apenas tiene 1 día de uso :(

Hey I hope I can get an answer to this since I am really confused. The earbuds were working great however from a few days the left one is not powering on and when I put it into the case it says "Power On" with a dimmer red light than the other and that's it. If I pull it out of the case it stops working completely. What I did: -cleaned the earbud -cleaned the pins in the case -left it in the case for 1 full night Same outcome :)

@@clasicjoes si parcero los compré por Aliexpress y aunque estábamos en la crisis del Covid no tuvieron en cuenta que llegaron un mes después de lo que estaba presupuestado y por allá no me dejaron abrir disputa y tratando de comunicarme con tronsmart otra perdida de tiempo

I just bought and put them to charge, after an hour I removed from their charging box, both were off and I tried to turn them on but it doesn't worked. The led of the right try to turn on but just blinks with a down bright

@@NurulHidayah-yj6nc Well I disarmed it and the problem was the battery of the chargebox, i changed it and that's all. Perphaps the batteries are low quality or idk

When pairing I see that in the battery indicator of the phone (in the Bluetooth connection) only the left earphone battery (L) appears! I will not be able to monitor my right handset (R)?

Hi, because the earbuds support mono and stereo using mode, so if you use two earbuds, the pairing name will be (L), and if you use one earbud, the pairing name will be (L) or (R).

@@or71zg Yes. If you want you can first take out the right earbud and then the left earbud. Now right earbud will be connected to phone.

I just bought mine but when I tried to use them for the first time the left earbud does not turn on at all, no lights no nothing. Is there a way I can solve this?

1. Hold for 5 seconds to turn off two earbuds. 2. Hold for 5 seconds on two earbuds until the red and blue light flashes alternately and then tap two earbuds for four times until the indicator light goes off. 3. Put two earbuds back into the charging case, then take them out after 5 seconds. They will be reset to default factory settings.

Hi! Good day! My onyx neo doesn't seem to work properly and I want to restart it. Before when I was using it when I take out the earbuds from the case they automatically connects to my phone but unfortunately just a few days ago it started to function improperly.. I wanted to restart it but when I put the earbuds to the case, there seems to be no light on the indicator. It was supposed to show a blue light on the case when you put back the earbuds and the earbuds should have automatically turn off but it does not. I need to turn off the the earbuds individually (hold and press earbuds for 5 seconds)

Also, it doesn't charge. I tried charging the case with the earbuds on but there is no red light showing on the LED indicator

Hello good day! I've already followed the step 1 using a different charging brick and cable but it still seems to be not working. It doesn't light uo the LED indicator. Step 2 also can't work becasue when I open the case and take out the earbuds it doesn't turn on automatically. I need to turn it on and off automatically for use.

Y que hago cuando ya no cargan? Los use por primera vez hasta que se agoto la bateria después los puse a cargar y no cargaron, ninguna luz led se encendió indicando que se estaban cargando ni las luces de los auriculares ni el led de la caja de carga.

Sorry to hear it. 1. First, please try to wipe the gold contact on the earbuds and the charging case, to make sure they have a great connection. 2. Change another charging cable or adapter. 3. Plug in the charging cable to charge the case for 20 minutes, and then plug out the cable to stop charging. Finally, plug in the cable again to recharge. Dear Tronsmart, please answer the users problems below. It is not an acceptable attitude not answering them as being the manufacturer. I am using my onyx neo less than 1 year but the left one is not working anymore. When I put it in the case, the red light is on but lighting very low level, not as bright as right one. Please inform me about the possible reason.

For those who just got them and wondering why they don’t charge or work. Check for the blue film on the charger ports. You’re supposed to peel those off lol.

My earbuds won't pair. Tried everything even resetting them, it didn't fix the problem when I take them out of the case the right earbud says pairing but it doest pair at all. Plus the light on the left earbud is less bright than that of the right one. Useless product...
