It is a bit overwhipped, but if you add a tablespoon or more if needed of unwhipped heavy cream, it becomes silky😊 (it could also be because of the ube )

Wouldn't say it's overwhipped, but a bit separated. Would still melt in your mouth, so it's just the look that's a bit off to me, but I've had cream like that and it was still delicious I think it might be because of the ube extract, since that looks water-based, but there are a ton of factors to whipped cream looking like that, temperature, fat content, adding sugar too early or too late...

As a matcha lover, can confirm that’s awesome. I’m australian though and matcha is so rare to find in stores, and even when you find it, it’s usually expensive. Mind you, you don’t need a lot to flavour with it, but when the entire $45 box is smaller than my average-sized palm, it feels like a ripoff- until you taste your creation.

As a baker, GOOD vanilla (from the beans/vanilla paste) and almond pair nicely with everything. Chocolate is easy when you add it as a syrup, but I love honey and floral flavors!

Mokka, roasted hazelnut, chocolate and finally: orange (very fine shreds of orange rind pound into a bit of powdered sugar oveenight. Then add a wee bit of unwhipped heavy crean to loosen eveeything up. Then add to the cream and sifted powdered sugar.

You could also just use orange extract to be lazy, although the rind in sugar approach sounds a bit more my own speed. Lemon would be delightful too. 🤤 YUM.
