3 жыл бұрынI wanted to point out that there's an easier way to change motor mounts on a Jeep Cherokee. I have seen some AWFUL advice online, on KZfaq, about swapping these mounts. My guess is that the people who posted with this poor advice, just didn't know better. Having a large platform like KZfaq, we're going to experience this. Hopefully, this information I share with everyone in this video helps others with this simple task. Sorry for the rambling. Hope you guys get some pointers from this.

I think it’s a lot safer to lift it from the bell housing. I did it your way and it worked great.

Couldn't have come at a better time, nice advice, getting ready to change mine on my '91 XJ. Gonna go polyurethane for longevity and stiffness, want my jeep to last me as long as possible!

Sorry I didn't see this until now. I used those generic auto parts store for now. I have some daystars waiting for when these need replaced. I have heard good things about the daystars. Good luck!

Is it OK wiggle the intake manifold with a pry bar?

Yes. It’s mounted up pretty solid.
