The Bizarre iilluminaughtii RESTRAINING ORDER leaked court documents
iilluminaughtii (Blair) has been under fire since controversy with LegalEagle and plagiarism, as well as with former sad milk members like Wonderstruck, OzMedia, the Click, and One Topic, and controversies with Tommy C, Nicholas DeOrio, and Cruel World Happy Mind. After this, iilluminaughtii sent cease and desists to some former sad milk members, as well as threatening to foreclose on Oz Media's home. Now though, she's involved in multiple lawsuits and is suing former associates as well as being sued. However, her most recent documents lacked any specific details, and now Oz Media and his team have filed a motion to dismiss her entire legal case. The judge gave her 2 weeks to file an ammended complaint. Now, two shocking restraining orders (civil protections order) from iilluminaughtii have been leaked.

It almost sounds like she didn't include the computer access before now is because they had no evidence to support the claim and are now desperate enough to throw anything in and hope it sticks. If they are to the point where they believe the judge is no longer going to entertain the claims without the proper evidence to support it, then including the computer access will make little difference. It kind of sounds like a last minute play to throw everything on the table.

@@oakenshadow6763I think it will depend on what they are willing to claim. I omitted OT and Salty because unlike the others, she did not exactly defamed them like she did with Click, Oz and Wonder. That being said, where OT and Salty would have grounds is if they try to get compensation for harassment. She argueably have been an obsessive stalker to all of them online and did all in her power to cause them actual harm. To be continued....

Is that enough people for a class action? I was under the impression that for it to be class action it needs to have quite a lot of people affected by it. They could almost certainly all countersue though.

@@her0z217Well if not class action, at least all sue her as co plaintiffs. I think at least those she sued are allowed to countersue her. And imo, Click has some pretty good grounds for a defamation lawsuit. But suing from Sweden would probably be expensive and complicated. The saga continues...

The aha moment for me from Blair's video was realizing she fully admitted to being someones Boss AND Landlord AND Car Lender... and then ADMITS to pulling all of that out from under him at once. @@zinzolin14 Oh, she's DEFINITELY hireable -- she could easily get a job in waiting tables, making Starbucks drinks or working at an entry-level retail job. I'm not sure what else she'd really be qualified for. One thing is for sure, though -- her career as a once-profitable vlogger is DONE. Her name & face are far too notorious now, so even if she tries to start fresh with a brand new channel, it's only going to be a matter of time before people realize it & her audience dries up. I'd say her only hope of getting back into the world of KZfaq would be to bankroll a totally different vlogger... but that would involve someone actually willing to work with Blair, & considering how she tends to treat her employees, I doubt many people will be lining up to take that position any time soon.

Lawyer here, but in Utah, not Colorado. What Blair is asking for is called prior restraint. It would actually be 100% unconstitutional for the court to prevent Oz and Wonder from speaking about Blair. The entire attempt at a protection order was laughable.

Then she posted Wonder's note and I was disgusted. I'm not a lawyer, but what she wants is a specific form of injunction called a gag order. I would think that would have to come from the judge handling her case(s) of defamation/libel.

In my experience it does not prevent that. I am not a lawyer, and can only speak to my own specific experience in Colorado with my own protection order against an ex. I am allowed to talk about ex, and ex is allowed to talk about me. As long as we don't talk TO each other.

I believe that accusation was made towards click in her own video but I can be wrong. It was eighter click or one topic that squashed the accusation. @@starksandrecreationI remember that video, and especially considering he didn't know the context, history, and meaning behind either n-words, there's no way he'd mean any of it. Heck, there's tons of little kids that make the same mistake because they too are new to English and wouldn't have the whole context behind either word. It would take knowledge of how they're used to be able to mean anything, which non-English speakers do not have. Also, it's ridiculous to drag up something that happens years ago and assume anything, as people change all the time.

My thoughts EXACTLY. A restraining order is meant to keep two people a certain physical distance away from each other -- it doesn't prevent either party involved in the order from merely SPEAKING ABOUT the other person. They should have filed a gag order instead. It's genuinely mindblowing to think that her lawyers don't know the difference between a restraining order & a gag order. Where the hell did she find these lawyers?!! They are flat-out embarrassingly incompetent.

But she seems like the type to get a restraining order but then shows up at the person's house to try to get them arrested for breaking the restraining order.

EVERY attorney in ANY branch of law should have written the word "Due", whether in "due on" or "due to" in practically EVERY document they have ever written -- and the fact that her "attorney" is using "do" is HIGHLY suspicious... Thus leaves me believing one of two things must be true: 1) The person acting as her attorney has not spent a day in law school nor is an attorney... 2) The person acting as he Attorney (PRACTICES law) is actually just a Lawyer (STUDIED law)... Typical narcissist move. Smh Protective orders do not/are not designed to silence people. And since there isn't an immediate threat, she will be denied a TPO. The only way they will grant her a protective order is if neither party shows up in court which would grant her a default (which she is probably counting on). If she gets them served and they show up to court, her claim will be thrown out.

At any rate, she's blowing through her cash fast -- hiring a legal team to represent her & filing all of these ridiculous lawsuits takes a LOT of time & money. As far as I know, her KZfaq channel was her primary source (& possibly only source) of income. Now that her channel is essentially dead, she really needs to shift her focus away from suing everyone under the sun & toward finding a new source of income, ASAP. Otherwise, with no money coming in, it's just going to be a matter of time until she goes completely broke. (cue world's tiniest violin 🎻)

the part about oz hurting the dog... at 29:16 in this video, in blairs very own clip, she says: "you know how casper is not afraid of [oz]" she makes it sound like that is something special, so it seems that casper is not a naive or trusting dog to everything and everyone. if oz really had hurt casper or something, the dog would certainly be afraid of him... it just dosnt make sense.

Using lawsuits and restraining orders to make wild allegations - she can say defamatory statements in these without worrying that she might be sued - is so so inappropriate. Blair could never have her lawsuits get to court as she would be subject to discovery

Thank you for finally mentioning that in order to be defamation, the statements MUST be false! Not only do they have to be provably false, but the plaintiff must have KNOWN the statements were false at the time of making them for it to be considered defamation. I haven’t seen this fact brought up in any other videos about this situation

In fairness, they can also be made (in some cases) with reckless disregard of the truth. The tiktok 'psychic' who accused an Ohio professor of organizing a hit on four students is still defaming that professor, even though she believes 100% that her tarot readings prove that that's true (it's not, they caught the real killer and he and the prof never even met). But nothing Oz and the others have said are provably false. They just said how they were treated by Blair in their opinion.

I wholeheartedly think she's preparing the legal documents, and her legal team is just handing it in. Instead of fixing the discrepancies in her complaints, which both the court and Oz Media's legal team has addressed ad nauseum, she thinks the courts just want more of the same. She can't see the discrepancies, because in her head, she's prepared these documents without flaw, regardless of what anyone else will tell her. I think her legal team sucks, but that's what she wants, because she gets to play lawyer.

As someone who has had to legitimately get a restraining order I find this infuriating. One of the reasons it is so difficult to convince the courts to issue restraining orders for people who are in danger is because of people like her, who want to use them as a weapon against people saying words.
