Walt's Fish Market is located in Sarasota, Florida, on US 41 South (Tamiami Trail).
They feature fresh fish, and many varieties that other fish places do not carry.

This is my favorite restaurant. Good to eat there before snowbird season starts. My favorite sign - the fish on your plate slept in the Gulf of Mexico last night.

Just happened on this video and dang I stopped into Walt's one day ago. Walt's has probably the freshest seafood you will ever eat and if you like a certain fish product in the iced display case I think they will prepare it for you. I had the fried oysters and my wife had the red snapper dinner, both were fantastic and she said the snapper was grilled perfect and the best she has ever eaten. The complimentary small container of fish spread and crackers was great and I ended up ordering a pint to eat with the meal and took some home. The vibe in Walt's is always casual and relaxing and the staff really take care of you as my ice tea was always full ! If you have never been or don't live in Sarasota, next time you are here stop into Walt's and you will be well pleased at the quality and taste.

Yes, we have generally had good experiences there each time, except for one. This time was very good. It's interesting, that we were there one day apart. That's pretty cool. Thank you for sharing.

Your food looks delicious. They seem to have a good selection of fish. By the way, will you be doing a video on your Minnesota car rental? We just wondered if you used Alamo again.

We used Enterprise, and yes, we definitely will be reviewing it when we get home. We just had a lot going on in preparation for the Florida trip. Even though Enterprise owns Alamo, and our 2 Alamo experiences were great, Enterprise kind of let us down. We will have it up within 2 weeks.

I had to look up mullet spread. I;m old and never heard about it. Its a Florida thing. Looks good I want some. Walt Shrimp is sold at Red Lobster. lol Walts menu was very good.
