I was sober for six months and doing a lot of burpees. Then I had a relapse. Now I’m starting over again. You inspire me bro.

As a fellow married warrior with kids, I appreciate you. We are kindred bro. I train my family like this lol. I just turned 34 and my co-workers think I'm in the gym all day. Not at all, we are usually in the desert.

Get it!!! And yes, you can get away with a very short workout if you can be all in for the time being. I think good dads have the know how for maximizing time. Haha!!!

I just got a jump rope and have been doing this exact workout and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had working out. I’m doing abs everyday and starting to eat healthier. Never had abs before and that’s my main goal rn. Ur very inspirational

Stay the path brother!!! Take it day by day. Focus more on the mindset you’re building. The abs will come quicker and you won’t even notice. You’ll just be happier with the man you’ve become!!!

I wore my WHOOP today while doing this workout and burned 526 calories. I’m 6’ and 185 lbs. Yesterday during my HIIT workout which was stone to shoulder (100 lb stone), dips, burpees, pull-ups and lunges I only burned 264 during the workout. Can’t wait for tomorrow. The tried and true old school methods that stand the test of time are always simple. I love it, good work brother.

How about being 60yr old. And adding shadow box but never done boxing. How do u do it. I'm 220lbs and want to be around 190 or little below that. Being 5 feet 8in. Is that good or 195lbs. What do you think.

@@gt3072 all of his series are no follow along videos, they "only" show what to do and tell you for how long. but you have to write everything down or look it up but you cant just press play and start.
