give us reaction and coordination exercises! -tennis ball 1:one hand jab as quick as possibble 2:cross(no waiting with extended arms) 3:throwing at a wall and catching from different angles using your defence and offence techniques 4:jogging and tapping the ball to come back from the ground 5:practice hooks with a table or regular tennis ball jab cross 6:imagining a real opponent and closing the distance like video games and unlike video games look for what offence and defence is best 7:footwork and dodge only shadowboxing i can't think of anything else

Do kettlebell swings. It will boost performance. Also do Ashwini Mudra, it will give extra energy to the body. Clean the nose with Neti pot and practice abdominal breathing, increases stamina. First the air might not reach to abdomen but with some practice it will eventually. Anulom vilom is another breathing technique to improve stamina.
