Even though we have been living in our dream home in the woods for over 6 months, we've been living simply with only some folding chairs and an air mattress. All of our other things have been in our city apartment. Come see the stark difference between our forest cottage in Vermont and our city apartment.

My dog has very strong opinions about the beeping truck (as it's backing up 😂🤣🤣). He's running around barking and looking out the window for someone to be in our driveway, lol! Congrats on getting moved in! Your cottage is lovely! :)

We moved from the Atlanta area to the mountians in the woods, there is nothing like the peace and quite of the woods. I was worried when I first saw you were moving, so glad it was back to your cottage. You will love it even more with your personal possessions with you.❤

I love your videos. I would take a rushing brook, over rushing traffic any day. Those windows were sweet though. You all have great taste! Question - We went to VT last week. I LOVED Grafton (to live) and will be heading back to VT in October. We are visiting Woodstock then. Can you both recommend any place where I can get a great idea of where to begin even looking? Internet really seems to show that most of Vermont is great to live in. Note - we enjoy quiet, well maintained, picturesque areas. (like Grafton) with low crime, safe to live. We have 3 teens that are homeschooled and plan to live in this home until retirement. (we are older at 62 and 55) Where did you guys even begin to look to learn about the areas? Thank you.

In one of the first cottage videos, he talked about that. They have super high speed with fiber optics. I meant to ask if it's as expensive as I heard it was years ago Our telephone company just put fiber optics on our remote property too.
