I don’t think it would be reasonable to compare this to the watermelon because it is vegan while this is an exotic ostrich egg. So, of course anything would be better than that smoked watermelon.

This whole place is *mostly* reasonably priced. They have a lot of hard to source items and could probably get away with charging 50% more than they do because of that. You have to remember, this isn't somewhere you go to eat every day, it's an experience.

The ostrich egg would account for majority of what you pay for when you buy the meal because of how hard it is to get ostrich eggs and because of the fact that ostriches don't and can't lay as much eggs as chickens.
