so true! just keep living! there miserable and live a fantasy. sometimes breakups are a blessing. if someone can’t put they pride to the side and choose love over power/control then move on. there always going to be unhappy and you will not. love is ALWAYS stronger then power/control.

I believe he did. I couldn't deal with the withholding. Then she'd ask me what's wrong lol Then I'd get fed up and argue and she left. They're sensitive to the way they perceive your feelings. But then they are uncomfortable being responsible for your feelings. Then they dump you and do it with absolute callousness. Not realizing it will all repeat itself as long as they can't choose to treat their partner with dignity. They can't CHOOSE anything. They feel a certain way. They punish you and withhold love and affection but then feel like a bad partner lol It's insane. I was a fantasy, not a real person.

My husband gave me the most dumb ass reason for leaving I’ve ever heard. It didn’t even make any sense - like he literally just made it up! Then I learned about narcissists “reality” vs actual reality - and it all made perfect sense!

It's wierd I went no contact then asked how I'm doing. Been working out got ripped earning more money and took up latino dancing too. Showed her a picture as she asked said I look ugly and said if that's my thing enjoy. It's over and I'm cool with it just focused on myself as i didn't end it. Then messaged said I haven't changed I was like was that's a joke hahahhaha I've completely changed. I'm wondering if the insults are her being jealous lol
