Everything looked so good. I’m liking the 5days at 1650 and 2 days at 1800. I did that when I counted WW points, I would allow myself a higher point weekend and it worked for me. I didn’t feel deprived. And that salad looked so good, I just love a chopped salad. I’m really wanting to get back to meal prepping my lunches for work. I’ve gotten in the habit of grabbing a protein bar and a half serving of almonds for my work lunches. Eat at my desk food. Time to get re focused and get back to my healthy meal preps. Loved the video!! I'm loving wraps mostly for my lunches with Carb Balance tortilla and tuna or blackened chicken strips with some cucumber on the side and ranch or tzatziki sauce. Also, I would love if you have content on budgeting!!

Thank you so much Erin! I am so sorry about your mom, definitely one of the toughest losses we face in life. Sending you lots of love! I used the light one or the white cheddar (I have both and cant remember but it was 30 calories per wedge!) and Morgan used the spicy pepper jack one!

The caramel used to be nasty to me. Now something changed with me & I love it. I don’t do caffeine so I get a decaf shot of espresso and put the caramel premier protein in it. So good

Yay to your parents for the espresso machine because I have one and it is amazing. The pods cost a little more but are worth it. I get mines at bed bath beyond with their coupons. When I’m lazy, just get the variety from Amazon

Imperfect Foods is awesome! Customer service is excellent. I got some bad produce once, and they credited my account no questions asked. We like to get the flatbread for pizza.

Great video! I heard you mention you don’t have a gall bladder, so that perked my attention since I had mine removed a year ago this month. Did you find recipes or foods that are easier to digest? I love cheese and find it so hard to get used to fat free items.

They package it really well, I've never had a problem with the temperature of the items. I also have been buying eggs from them the past few months and have not *yet* had any broken. 😀 They definitely put care into the packaging.

@@gwendolyngraham5546 I just got a new box today and my chicken and ground turkey were still frozen, everything is super cold and fresh! They have a heavy duty bag they deal with cold items inside and a great ice pack! And they text you right as your package arrives to your door, mine usually comes around 1pm and I get home at 5pm and it’s still perfect every time! (Also note I’m 100% only a customer and have never worked with or been affiliated with them, this is my honest experience!)❤️❤️

I linked my Nespresso in the description box just a minute ago! It’s called the vertuo next! Mine came with a sample pack of like 12 pods and all different coffees, espressos and flavored coffees! So far I love the double espresso chiaro with the protein shake! Also the bianco forte is a GREAT coffee!

We ordered Imperfect Foods but there was blood inside the box from one of the chicken thighs. Anyway, I got an email from them last night that they are no longer delivering to my area….if you ever see the Chilean Sea Bass…..SO good.
