Same as the Kunai. Everybody knows them as ninja weapon but originaly it's just a simple gardening knife / seedig tool. And the answer why assassins use gardening tools is pretty straight foreward, when the police or their equivalent piked you up it was way less suspicious to have a gardening tool on you instead of a dagger.
@spidergoblin.6 ай бұрын
The same as a simple knife. Karambit, kunai, etc. are well-known as "weapon". In fact they're just basically some regular tools.

That is actually a good design. The ring on karambits sometimes dont have enough meat around the ring, so when you go to strike, it actually hurts because of the small surface area contact with your pointer or pinky

@GnohmPolaeon.B.OniShartz5 ай бұрын
You're gonna break your thumb. I just read this, and I can see you actually doing that and I am here to let you know, all you're gonna gain, is a broken thumb. Now, I say broken, but what I mean is, "You're gonna wrench your meaty freaking thumb out of its socket". Wait, are you reverse gripping a Karambit? Do people reverse grip karambits? That must be a CoD thing, surely. Ah, oh, eeww. I can't even visualize that without getting stabbed for my effort. What even~ that gains you no leverage or mechanical advantage and that blade is too short and tapering to hit vitals, WHAT ARE YOU STABBING?! No, no, no. This whole thing screams "Mall Ninja".
@youtubesresidentfbiagent87355 ай бұрын

Spinning it is a part of the associated martial arts for these knives. They will actually throw it out by the ring in order to make cuts. But sometimes they miss the catch on the return. Having a scar on your wrist from where you imbedded in your arm is almost a rite of passage for such practitioners.
