If you’ve been told your arthritis and your pain is caused by wear and tear, it essentially insinuates the damage is done and there’s nothing you can do about it 😔

Don’t get me wrong- there is a time and a place for surgery but it isn’t the first thing you should try ☝🏽
Instead- research shows that there are so many other factors that can influence the sensitivity and the intensity of your pain levels 🙌🏼
The 3 main ones I’ve found after talking with hundreds of people with osteoarthritis and the 3 that can make the BIGGEST difference are:
1. Movement (what you’re doing, how often, variety)
2. Sleep quality (poor sleep can ⬆️ pain sensitivity)
3. Foods you’re eating 🍽️
