My Husband and I got a juicer and have been SO HAPPY with it. It can be a hassle to clean, so we usually juice and bottle enough for 2-3 days, but it's so amazing for drinking your greens! We love putting celery and ginger in every batch we make as well. :) Hope you like yours!

If you can tolerate the taste sauerkraut, just two ounces (4 tablespoons) has more CFU of probiotics than the capsules! Way cheaper than the tablets and its in it's natural form so don't have to worry about the quality of the probiotic tablets. :) I'm not sure exactly which strains are found in the sauerkraut vs tablets but if you can stand the taste it it's def worth a try!

You look Glowing 🌟 💕 🌟 I had a Brocollie salad for dinner last night, so good! And simple Brocollie,cut up fresh red capsicum,bacon, Aholie sauce, and little cheese of your choice so 😋 yummy. I also had a fresh juice Celery, cucumber, spinach leaves, ginger, lemon, carrots, X 2 Green apples. So yummy and healthy, try the juice babe everything in it is so good for you ♥ you can make it sweeter with more green apples if you like. Have a great day Beautiful xox

I think dairy has hormones in it that can cause issues for some people (not 100% sure but maybe you can research or ask the naturopath) I know it can contain estrogen though so maybe that could be effecting you too?
