@@erikasmith9297 boiled eggs and canned sardines did the trick for me. And lots of warm liquids like tea. Liquids quickly fill you up leaving no room for more food.

I do the same with my eggs taking out one egg yolkmakes a big difference! I add a scoop of protein powder to my greek Yougurt and i stopped counting calories and now i just count fat grams.. Than you Amy i love all your videos i been watching for years now❤

Parboiled rice is actually better for your blood sugar as it doesn’t cause a high spike like brown and white rice does.

@@AmyMacedo Girl same. I also like to blend cilantro, onion, garlic and some olive oil together. Its like my own version of chimichurri but not the same veggies. I love cilantro rice but u can use ur favorite herb. I add that mixture to the rice when its done cooking and it makes a very flavorful rice.

Hey Girl. You are speaking my language 🤗 Meal prepping and being an "ingredient snob" (I love that) has been a gamechanger for me. Like you, I'm always looking for low calorie recipes that are packed with flavor. I'm very big on a good satisfying healthy breakfast to start my day and break the fast and a good healthy unch. Those are my 2 meals for the day (I rarely eat dinner. With my schedule I prefer to cut my food intake on the early side to make sure I fully digest before bed). My calorie deficit accounts for a light snack either a granny apple (fun fact, it's an appetite suppressant), plain yogurt with honey or a couple of persian cucumbers with red onions. Cucumbers are my fav. Tfs the link to the beekeepers spray. I follow holistic methods and this is a great natural reco. Can't wait to see episode #2. Hey sis, nice content you've got here but it's got me asking. How sure are we that even the 'plain' yoghurt is indeed 'plain' there must be some chemical added to make it's shelf life longer. My two cents😊😊❤

If you look at the ingredients, it’s only whole milk and active bacteria culture so nothing else added. The expiry date isn’t far along with it so needs to be consumed within a month or so similar to milk. & Thank you 🫶🏼

Yeah. You go girl! The cooking/food videos you do are always perfection. I dont even eat eggs or bacon and you could probably serve them to me and I'd eat them because you make this look so delicious. 😂🤣😅 Have you done an exercise video or work out video? I'm asking cause I know I have missed a lot of content lately. If not, then that's your routine? Protein really doesn't need to be added to a huge increase that people say unless you're weightlifting - it's just empty protein otherwise so make sure you're not just overloading. I had to learn a lot about food and how it affects the body when I was diagnosed with my chronic illness in end stages so that I could try to gain a little bit of mobility back. Regardless, you do you, boo! You're looking fab and rocking the content.

Very true about the protein! Doesn’t need to be super high unless you’re heavy lifting but I do find that some days. Mine is slightly on the lower side. I aim to get at least 90 g. I do take my supplements as well and I definitely think they’re very important, because without them, you won’t have as much energy to be active and depending on what deficiency you struggle with, they can affect your metabolism so I’ll definitely go into what supplements I take in my next video! But calorie deficit is always #1!

What does creamed honey and bee pollen taste like?

The creamed honey honestly tastes exactly like regular honey. It just has a little bit more of a whipped texture, so I find that it tastes not as strong as regular honey but very similar. The biggest difference is mostly the texture. The best way to describe the taste of the bee pollen is like honey candy lol it has a candy taste with this honey undertone
