Recently a study was published in a prestigious medical journal JAMA (Journal of American medical association)which was conducted in Massachusetts on 25,000 women of age 25 or above and those women were followed for around 25 years after a certain diet was started to them and its effects were analysed later on.

I eat all these food exept fish.Alhammadulillah at age of 60 my angiography is 100 percent normal.I use qalbi as well for prevention
