Ingredients -
Bechamel Sauce / White Sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup milk
For Creamy Mushrooms
150g button mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil (olive, canola etc)
1 tablespoon butter
5 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Italian herbs (oregano)
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
4-5 tablespoons fresh cream
Prepared white sauce
Fresh sliced basil
Salt to taste
