We'd both been single for almost two years when we meet. We were together for more than a year before we even told our kids about our relationship, 1½ before the intro and going public on facebook. I had just ended my rebound, when I saw ex and she made like she wanted to give us another try, a month later she had a new boyfriend that she's moving way fast with. What's funny is she says she wants to go experince (was very much a shut in for most of it up till me) and she's gotten with a couch potato! What if you dated your ex, then stopped because communication style didn’t align. Then reconnected 2 yrs later, start dating and 7 months in he confesses that he was dating someone when we started dating again but he left her for me? He still is unable to fully be present as he’s a fearful avoidant I’m learning now, that an ex hurt him badly by cheating and he now says he’s never been able to stay with anyone. We've been in 8 year relationship. I was 19 and she was 17 when we met for the first time and our relationship was full of moments and good times. We went on trips, vacations, dinners and we have same hobbies. We also adopted a dog that I still take care of. The last year was kinda rough, there was a lot of arguments for stupid things.. and eventually I wanted from her to take a break for a week to settle things down. My ex gf got married like in 2months. We broke up in June 2023 then she got married in August 2023. I was with her for 1 year and 6 months. How can she move on so fast?
