Same. I grew up on the Downs and I'm familiar with those communities. They are full of good, hard working people. Because I was born in the USA I'm also familiar with Arizona which used to be full of good people but has changed a lot since before the pandemic. Everyone there seems to be obsessed with conspiracies....including my sister with whom I've had to cut contact.

@@SecretSquirrelFun Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm also sorry you've been through the same thing. Yes it is utterly bewildering and heartbreaking. We were never the closest of families but we didn't argue or create unnecessary drama. It just came out of nowhere - one day my sister started posting really strange things on Facebook (mostly re-posting) that I didn't think she really understood so I tried to start a conversation with her but... About half of the family is estranged from her now, that includes a lot of nieces, nephews and cousins. Unfortunately, things have been said that can't be un-said and we are very hurt. I don't know what will happen in the future. Best of luck and stay safe. With love from Queensland.

@@Lady1974M , me as well with a family member in Canada , it is so odd that this person will post and watch video's filled with so much nonsense and anger from strangers but will not talk and listen with a family member they once loved so dearly. These people posting can spot a follower and their weakness a mile away and take great advantage, often asking for money, exposure, isolation, etc. it is very cult like. Deepest Condolences to these victims , families and all who are dragged into this hate filled pit.

A friend of mine went to school with Nathaniel, he said that he was a quiet, respectful and caring guy. My friend was absolutely shocked and horrified to find out what his childhood friend had become and blames Gareth for everything. We as a community were just so heartbroken at the loss of lives on that day. So many families in pain over nothing.

My sister and her family succumbed to online conspiracies during the pandemic. They aren't isolated either - they live in a good and caring community but apparently that wasn't enough for them. They cut contact with much of the family over 4 years ago. I'm so sorry for everyone affected by this tragedy. I grew up not far from where this happened. No one understands it.

I remembering hearing helicopters going over that afternoon and looked on a radar app, thinking something bad was up (I thought an accident and it was Life Flight or RFDS transporting patients ((I live near a hospital in Brisbane)) but was horrified to see is was AIRPOL. Knew something horrific was occurring when I saw them. RIP to all the innocent hero’s whose lives were taken ❤

Personally I’m glad they are gone. They took the lives of three good innocent people. I have someone in my family who is exactly like this and I fear for what they may do one day. Setting aside the religious aspect (being the foundation for most things imaginary) in a truly practical sense, "The Government" doesn't really give AS about you as an individual. This was such a crazy and sad situation... I didn't think anyone outside of Queensland would have heard about it to be honest. Maybe Australia, but not the US or anywhere else. Thanks for talking about it 💜 I cant remember if you have or not, but look into the Clarke Family Murders. Rowan Baxter was a monster for sure. This is another local Queensland case and one which took place about 5 minutes from my home. Just if you can, it's very important to the hearts of many Queenslanders and it has been long enough for a lot of the facts to have come out. Love your work ❤️

I'm from Queensland couple hours from where this happened. That day I turned the news on, all I heard were police shot in ambush thought it was in America (sorry), looked at the tv only to see it was happening here. The innocent lives lost, people who were doing a job a lot of us can't or won't do and a neighbour who had a look to see what was happening, the bravery of everyone involved in bringing it to an end is what we remember not those who caused it.

In all videos (or at least all that I watched ... and I am sure I watched most ...) on this channel the perpetrators are characterized as Monsters. These here only get "monstrous actions"? And for some reason it centers around Gareth, so the other two are also mostly victims? Most of the people portrayed in the videos on this channel no doubt are quite deserving of the title Monster, but it seems there is any number where you can make the same arguments for "monstrous actions" vs calling them "monsters". Good pre sleep habits. I found reading before bed was good for me. No phones. No heavy meals. No coffee, Sugary drinks or Alcohol. Minimise as much stress as you can in your life. Aim to be in bed the same time every night. There's a lot of information out there available to check out. Sleep is so important. Good luck.🙂

Leave curtain slight or mostly open so your body starts to wake with the sunrise. Melatonin at night, you can have hormone testing via spit test at your Naturopath Doctor's or just find the amount that doesn't cause vivid dreams but helps with sleep. A sleep doctor specialist because sometimes a sleep study can be a real eye-opener 😴 closer 😅

Melatonin and magnesium (citrate or better, a complex); exercising in te afternoon, proper hydration and even sleep aid teas (chamomile or even te commercial one called Beam).
