On 7/1/22 She moved out and into her sisters This time. She took every stitch of clothing and a few other sentimental things. She has filed for divided and I got served in 7/15/22. Something is bad wrong, I cannot put my finger on it and I don’t know if she can either. She had told me that she needs time to find herself and she is mean as hell, I mean she will day the most hurtful stuff at the drop of a hat which I’ll internalize and start to 1) harbor I’ll will and 2)start to get more depressed about it. Im already a diagnosed manic depressant. Shes bipolar like hell so I was hoping some how that would cancel out one for the other. My depression for the most part is very low key and for the most part people wouldn’t even know I was having a episode. I will say the Older I’ve gotten I’m Okay I the worse it seems to get. She refuses to find any middle ground. She one sec is fine an literally the next second is a totally different woman! I’ve never seen her do anything like this. This is my best friend the mother of my children and my soulmate, my lover. She still wants to come and make love but not to long after it we’re fighting over the dumbest stuff i have ever seen and been through. I’ve asked her if their was anyone else and she swears up and down there isn’t. She swears up and down there isn’t. There is so much more more to go over so you can have the most accurate pic. @@daddylacus I know exactly how you feel. First, just keep working on yourself as you said you were doing, thats good. Don't fool yourself into thinking she won't notice, women are way more perceptive than we are. Do things for you though, not just to show her. My wife and I have reconciled and doing much better, so it happens a lot more than you think. She doesnt WANT to leave, that really helped me. Its the best out of 2 bad choices, so give her a 3rd choice (where staying is better than leaving and she can confirm it will STAY better). This will take her as long as it takes, just be patient and supportive.

Like with any thing in life, if we are not good at it or don't understand it, then we perceive it as difficult or "Jumping through hoops" So whats the goal? Invest the time to learn how not allow the nature of emotions to become difficult.
