Winter Bushcraft & Camping in a Canvas Wall Tent - Marie is Back!

Marie is back, and we decided to show off some of our time camping in a canvas wall tent we have set up off in the Canadian Woods.
In this video, Marie and I showed off two days camping in the wall tent we have had set up throughout winter. We did lots of fun activities like maintaining gear, cooking lots of good food, splitting wood, making fires, but most of all; relaxing. Overall we had a fun and enjoyable trip at the camp, even if it was a bit too comfortable to feel like winter camping.

Good to see you both back! Hot tent camping is something I've never really tried when winter camping but I have to say I'm interested in trying it. Probably start with making a basic ammo box stove then see about getting something better if I plan on doing more. Being able to have a base camp you can leave set up would certainly be easier than pulling everything around on a sled, and having to set up and take it down each time. I like the new hats! Marie looked to be kitted up well, and with new glasses and haircut too since last we saw her. It's great to see how well you work together, share and divide camp tasks, and each do your part. 👍👍👍

You are a freaking lucky and blessed man to have a woman like that... I wish my wife would want to bushcraft with me... I wish you would both talk to us too... Found you both way to quiet and unnerving really... Other than that I loved watching this video... Beautiful puppy too... I'd have been all over playing and teasing my wife and puppy while taking care of camp...

Ah, a Great Video from Ya'll.....it's been awhile since the last one. I sure enjoyed it too. Do you like that Big Tent better than the Ones you build yourself? I'm curious which one you do like better. That 0l' stove is quite nice for that tent. I'd like to find one of those.

Thanks! I prefer the shelters I build over tents in general. Tents are kind of boring to me if I have the time to build a tarp shelter. I do love how warm this one was though haha

Great to see a woman on KZfaq with her clothes on and being popular for doing smart stuff. Just a thought split a piece of firewood in 1/2 use that for a cutting board then burn it. More Sanitary no need to wash it. Keep it up life under canvas is the best.

Nice video Nicholas, I seemed to not have the notification on! Nice to see the wife camping with you. I was surprised to see how little snow you were in. I was watching some other bush videos and they had many feet of snow but they were further east in Canada. Again very nice to see you again!
