I watch a lot vids on camping in the outdoors. Yours are really interesting. Lot less nylon and a lot more natural goods and materials. Really something:)

No bivy sack, why not flint strike with the back of your knife?.... your dog needs a bowl for food 🤔

I don't need one, knife is a piece of shit and the steel is too soft to use the spine, dog doesn't need one

True grit was more realistic then this is. Unless you are out and just lost you would not plan to camp this way.
@wituikbws18 күн бұрын
I camp this way pretty often actually. You can't do much else without overloading a single horse. Watch True Grit again and look at all the bedrolls, pots, pans, buckets etc that they pull out of their ass without a pack horse in sight, then you'll see what is more real 🤣

I really enjoyed your video. But I have to wander why you did not take rocks and put them in back and on the sides of your shelter? There were plenty about! I guess you like to have plenty of air flow. I always heard that when using a Ferro Rod, one should use the back of the knife to scrape sparks, not the sharp blade. I hope to watch more of your content. I watch a lot of camping and survivor videos, so I can be Critical at times. Good Luck and Godspeed. Great looking Dog.

After I saw you lay your rife on the ground instead of leaning it against the rock...well that was enough for me...I'd never lay my rife on the ground,,,Just my opinion
@wituikbws23 күн бұрын
All I worry about is rust, and that goes for all my tools. A few knicks and scratches wont be any harm, just adds character 😁 Appreciate your opinion/feedback, hope you give my stuff another chance !

@@wituikbws i understand about character,Im just worried about ground moister getting into the action and I will finish watching,I'm always up for learning new things...

A chair is nice, a hammock between two trees too. Also background music while eating, drinking coffee, in the evening and early next morning. Id camp by a stream and while away the time with my fishing pole then later swim and wash away all that smoke from the fire 🔥 🏕 🌞
