WLED - Running Presets with Playlists

9 ай бұрынThis was done to resolve an affect my wife wanted in crown molding. She wants the holiday presets to light up the crown molding as schedule with the house but after its done, she wants it to switch to white for a nightlight affect for the rest of the night. I'm hoping this is a solution and i've asked the WLED developers to add minutes to the playlist feature for more time since it only allows for 6553 seconds. I hope this works and hope if helps out anyone else trying something like this.

Good clear instructions. Thank you for the video. Regarding your issue with switching from a playlist to white…you can have your playlist repeat indefinitely and set another time controlled preset to your white at a specific time.

That’s what I’ve done but instead, I set white from sunset to sunrise.

Interesting stuff, this has given me the idea on how best to switch on and off my lights. So did yours work? The timings and the hack to run it longer?

Good day Sir 👋 I created a playlist with different preset inside of the playlist I've made but it's not playing or changing preset that is included on the playlist I've made

You need to make sure your segments are saved with each preset. If not, then it will keep resetting when you try to play your playlist.
