im honestly w you on this. Especially being at a big company, and being support so your taking calls. Sometimes you wonder if its the field you are working or you need a break , im a little confused tbh. Its funny you mentioned cars, as well bc it peaked my interest. 🤣 i recently supercharged my camaro.

Do what fulfills you. At the end of the day, your mental health is more important than sharing with strangers. Whatever helps you escape is good. Work will burn you out. Learning a lot of new material will burn you out, and you’re studying for a cert that is related to work, will burn you out even more. I can see how there is very little down time. Take your time. Focus on you and you can create more content when you feel comfortable.

I felt this pain till I ended in the hospital. Now I do art and feel free and happy.

I feel ya, sister. I admitted as much to my supervisor doing a review. Last week, I keep telling myself to find the silver lining. I'm doing that to keep my mindset from being negative when I'm feeling drained

Sounds like you need to release... At least 5 days of decluttering your mind and freeing up some space up there. If you have a beach nearby that'll definitely assist you greatly in doing so. I pray that not only you but all of us truly find solace and just a break in these times.

I'm in healthcare but teaching myself I.T. (like learning a new language). I've had to give myself more love (I just started reading for entertainment again, not educational purposes), self care, just doing things to increase my peace and give me more joy because I felt that burnout. Take your time girl! We all understand.

Good on you! There is more to life than just work. Keep it pushing, but take care of yourself first. You are accomplishing so much right now, you shouldn't feel guilty at all about relaxing a little bit.

Hey, I know that you know, that you definitely don't need to apologize to anyone but I understand and appreciate your transparency. I'm always still super proud of you for taking all the challenges that come with this new role that you've always wanted head on, and learning and growing. It most certainly will pay off and these are the moments where you truly grow in your career. I haven't cracked my PS5 and COD open yet (box been sitting by my TV for a minute), because yeah, life and work definitely gets the best of us. But glad you're continuing to do what makes you happy, and we're here for whatever you share, whenever you share it and thankful for it.
