Made my daily workout with 7 minute quick and effective workout, quick after workout cool down, quick and easy warm up, workout for a great toned bum, burpee workout challenge, squat challenge, 7 minute fit and hip hop dance workout. Can't feel anything right now! Thank you Dani for doing this! ❤😘

I do variety of squat workouts every afternoon, 4-6x a week. The pain was excruciating at first but as I go along with it for almost everyday, my legs were kinda used of the pain already. I saw significant change of my upper legs and butt in just a month! I swear squatting exercise is reaallly effective as long as you do it with consistency and hardwork! #BurnBabyBurn

Suman Das Squeeze the bum when you stand from a squat. Also squat a little lower. I had the same problem till I corrected my posture.
