Sweetypoo2164 I understand what you mean about toxic masculinity but many of the woke ideology think that “toxic” is a man being manly. There has been a liberal push to feminize men to the point that the men are acting like women. Some take that so far they mutilate their bodies to try to appease the woke culture. We have allowed that mindset to ruin our culture and the return to masculine men who are not cowed by the fringe liberals is what it will take to put this country back on the path to a healthy culture.

@@kennymartin7803 At least you are willing to publicly face it, that's something missing from people nowadays. I wouldn't probably get offended like that on your comment if I was him, but I can understand both of you, and that speech about broke mentality is real advice. I will never become as free as the W family, that is not my aim in life, but just like that I am working hard to get all loans from my back and buy things with cash, and try to rely on as few services as possible (like working with all electricity instead of gas, gas is a very dangerous source in Hungary). And I always have to think about solving problems and not just stopping and accepting it, actively trying my best to get money to speed up the process and at the same time only invest in things that correlate with my plans. It sounds hard and it is hard, but the more optimistic you are about your options, the easier it gets once you gain confidence when you see you are capable of things. Believe me, I was a shy child and couldn't even talk to people for ages without my mom, and I was so lost in the world when I attended school. But now, I just joined a top 50 multinational company even though I was certain I will fail their entry process, because I wasn't confident enough. Here I am, breaking my own expectations. And you can too once you admit your way of thinking is not the one you need.

@@kennymartin7803 It takes a huge desire and a lot of guts to get a head but it can be done and there are countless stories of people that have done so in this country ! This one of the few places in the world where hard work and sacrifice will allow you to succeed . I worked two and three jobs to save money . My Dad taught me to live below my means and save your money then invest in yourself. We have an entire generation that are sold on the idea of socialism for FREE stuff because they do not know how to or want to learn how to work for what they get . They don't have a clue ! This country was built on sweat and sacrifice but if this generation takes over with the " poor " mindset they have , America will fall into ruin and decay. You can't become great by sitting on Momma's couch playing video games all day . You have to be productive and use your time and skills to prosper. If you don't have skills , go get some ! Just don't expect to start off at the top, you have to pay your dues anywhere you start and it will make you a better man for it. Good luck , go make yourself proud to look at the new man you will see in the mirror looking back because you will know you got it by your own hard work .

"I'd do what you do if I had a free Yanmar tractor..." but in reality, they wouldn't. They would then need or want the Rhino tools too. Then a barn... and so on. The reality is, and they might not truly understand this, but if they were you (or as you are), then they would have those things, or like things based on their own honest interests. Want is a void you will never fill. As Paul says, be content wherever it is you find yourself. Get right with God, and understand what it means to say "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want."

AWESOME video Cody! 100% spot on true wisdom. Am SO blessed to have had parents who lived thru the Great Depression and WW2 and were kind enough to pass the lessons they learned on to me and my brother. As a widow I don't live the same lifestyle as you Cody BUT how you live provides inspiration to me. Your recent videos on both the new closet and the mowing off the open areas as a fire prevention issue, caused me to clean out a closet, and clear and area close to the house that I had been putting off doing. When Ron died, after being left disabled by a drunk driver, and me being his caregiver for 14 years, I faced over $200k in medical bills the 10% insurance company didn't cover. Took me until a few years ago to finally pay off all those bills. But I did it! Downsized, cut costs, and did what I HAD to do. It also is about knowing the difference between a WANT and a NEED. And understanding that your needs are different from mine. It's called being a ADULT! I don't do pity parties!

@@wranglerstar What is your take on the fact that Israel is paid billions per annum whilst many Americans are sleeping on the streets? What is your take on the Neocons costing America Trillions in their quest to destroy Islamic countries since 9/11? What is your take on the Neocons quest to destroy the American middle class by deliberately transferring US manufacturing industries to China? Final question, is your mum or dad jewish?

That's one of the best explanations I've heard about how events may happen and why we need to prepare. I have a friend that needs to hear this. He knows that I can, dehydrate, garden, etc. But I haven't quite found a time to explain it to him. He's not a homesteader or a prepper. But he is a smart shopper. That's a start in my book. Thank you so much for this video. Take care.

Very true words with a strong message. My daddy always said anything worth having was worth working for and if you aren't willing to work for it, you don't deserve it. I have lived by his words all my life and they still ring true. People who work hard and earn things be it money or possessions, appreciate what they have because they worked hard and earned it. People who are given things or money do not appreciate what they have nor do they value it and are always wanting more without working for it, this part of what is wrong with society today....

Jason Explains Things! I watched a documentary called Seattle is Dying, and man it’s like that place is in competition with Los Angeles to become the very first thunder dome. I think LA is in the lead with midieval diseases like typhoid making a comeback though.

The state of Washington is Liberal and Im Conservative. I live by Newport Wa where on the state line Next to Oldtown, Idaho which is Conservative. Business's in Newport are going out of business while Oldtown is thriving under Conservative leadership and new business's are popping up everywhere such as a new Burger King, and a new O'rielly''s Auto as well as a new Super 1 foods being built as I write. Liberals don't seem to understand Business creates job's. Hopefully we don't turn into a Mad Max society because all of us conservative workers and business owners have a Ton of Gun's

I live in Los Angeles. Everything you say is spot on. This city is a mess, too many unsanitary homeless encampments, too many bleeding hearts with too many unrealistic utopia goals. Our new governor is signing a bill giving illegal (not legal) people free medical coverage. I feel I am in that movie ‘Idiocracy’. I am currently shackled to my debt BUT, thanks to you I am working on eliminating all of it. I’m BROKE but not poor. My wife , son, and I are planning to move to Montana or Wyoming, I’m still researching. Thank you!! from the bottom of heart for your kind and inspiring words.

I don't think Kenny was so much in the poor mentality as much as he was just venting how hard it is. It's hard to get to that self sufficient spot and only gets harder with how our country operates. It can be done, and you are a good example. Depending on what you do, and where you live makes a big difference. We know you understand, and we all respect what you've done, but circumstances are different for everyone. Keep up the good work, we all gain a little something from your videos. Just remember not every complaint is a criticism of you. Sometimes people just feel discouraged and vent, just like you do sometimes. God bless and take care.

"I can't read because my eyes are old" oh brother can I relate! I totally agree with you on fleeing the city and did so back 98. While I don't personally own a large tract of land or all the equipment, I have been blessed to find a place in a close knit community of similar minded folks who still believe in that old American spirit of helping one another live. Do I have to mention that we are all God fearing folks who try to put our creator first in all we do and give him the praise for his blessing which he bestows upon us. I know there will be a lot of folks who will cast scorn on this but I don't really care what the naysayers think. Keep on keeping my brother and as always may our Heavenly Father continue to pour out his blessings upon you and your family. I'll keep all my brothers and sisters in Christ in my prayers and hope they will do the same for my family and I.

Agreed. Getting debt free is HUGE. I’m 32, divorced, and with no friends, but just last month I entered the zero debt category and that makes all the other things so much better. Working two jobs has me beat and I have zero social life but knowing I’m actually free is awesome

I have been dead broke myself. It easy for people to take a snapshot of what I have, but don't see the blood, sweat and tears that went into earning it! You are right on my friend about the "poor" mindset. It is a Biblical reaching as well. There are dozens of Proverbs that teach about the poor/lazy mindset. I've always said "the Ghetto is the people, not the place...". I drive a 17 year old truck that I bought new 17 years ago and a 15 year old car that people have drooled over and offered to buy from me on the spot. WHY? They are in pristine shape and look better than many 5 year old vehicles....because I take care of what I have and I don't have the ghetto mindset. The last place I rented was a perfect example of this. I treated it with respect and like it was my own. When we did the walk through with the owner at the end of the lease, she was in shock....pure and utter shock at how the place was in better shape and CLEANER than when we moved in. Mindset.....

My wife and I are working hard to get our homestead plan in place, and we look forward to having our own land to work. God has blessed your family, and will continue to do so, as he has blessed our family because we have put him first. We are excited to see what is on the horizon.

Very true, that’s one of the reasons why we moved where we did. It’s just taking me a lot longer to get everything accomplished. I just watched an hour long video that covered this. It was very interesting. It also talked about how a civil war could develop out of this. So much chaos will happen once the grocery stores runs out of food. I enjoyed this real talk.
