Let's try this, it looked fun.. My thighs : Left :57cm. Right:56.5cm I'm a lazy person actually.. Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ Day 3: ✔ Day 4: ✔ Day 6: ✔✔ (done it twice since its weekend ) Day 7: ✔✔ Thighs: Left:56cm. Right: 55cm This is the results but I still want to continue.. Day 1:✔ Day 2:✔✔ ( done it twice cause I'm free at night ) Day3:✔ Day4:✔ Day5:✔ Day6:✔ Day7:✔ The results Left:54cm right:53.5cm Aight I'm pretty proud of myself eventhough I'm a lazy person. @@suhsoo9227 for the first time my leg is shaking as hell and feel heavy , the next day it will feel sore but If you doing this regularly it'll feel enjoyable..

@@SachaiSakhaSanagauLalitpur yes, for breakfast, I only eat an apple and drink some water for lunch, I just eat everything that my sister cooked 😂 and for the dinner, i usually drink milk or eating salad.

I won't promisse anything, probably i'll forget it.. height: 163cm weight: 53kg thigh: 54 cm Week 1 day 1: ❤️ (i did twice) Day 2: 💔 (i was sad so i didn't) Day 3: ❤️ Day 4: ❤️ Day 5: ❤️ (i'm kinda proud of me) Day 6: 💔 (i was sad againd, i don't know why i am like this:( ) Day 7: 💔 Now my thighs are 52,6cm, and i'm so sorry, i've been having some sad day and feeling unmotivated, but i'm trying. And one thing that i noticed, it's when you do this workout in the morning it looks easier, probably 'cause at night you're already tired (Sorry broke english, i'm brazilian) before: 54cm after: 52,6cm

thigh size:43cm(before) (After) 28day doing this the result i get my thigh size is 40cm..it work. and i doing another exercise to build muscle, eat clean and dont give up ok!!? ✌🏻😌❤️ Sorry for broken english🙏🏻😅. . Day1- struggle😅 Day2- feel ok.

I started it since August Height : 154/155 cm Weight : 46,6 kg Waist : 69,5 - 70cm Left thigh : 50,6 Right thigh : 50,4 August 24 done 25 ❌ 26 ❌ 27 done 28 done 29 ❌ 30 done 31 done September 1 done it twice 2 ❌ 3 done 4 done 5 done 6 done 7 done 8 done 9 ❌ 10 done 11 done 12 ❌ 13 i did another exercises ( hip lift , pelvic stretch, one leg raise = 🌷 ) 14 done ( + 🌷 ) 15 ❌ 16 done ( + 🌷 ) 17 done ( + 🌷 ) 18 done ( + 🌷 ) 19 ❌ 20 done ( + 🌷 ) 21 done ( + 🌷 ) 22 ❌ 23 done ( + 🌷 ) Thighs Left : 49,6 cm Right : 50,2 cm Waist : 65,5 - 66 cm Weight : 44,4 kg I wasn't on an extreme diet. I will continue but I will not update anymore.

I’m gonna do this starting today! Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅ Day 12 ✅ Day 13 ✅ Day 14 ✅ Day 15 ✅ Day 16 ✅ Day 17 ✅ Day 18 ✅ Day 19 ✅ Day 20 - So I didn’t do it today because I have been doing this for quite a while now but this workout helped me A LOT I found other workouts from muscle watching so I do those now. I recommend you do this workout!

@@geetasharma741 well yes I did I didn’t measure anything but my trousers have gotten loose on me but I didn’t just do this exercise I did many more since may and also drank lemon water so my tips for you would be drinking lemon water, AND NOT GIVING UP, doing exercise daily and controlling food intake what I did was I ate breakfast and then skipped lunch and If I got hungry I would eat a snack but a little one then eat dinner in a smaller plate and take smaller portions! Also I ate vegetable salad with my food, and don’t forget to drink water! so I hope this helps! ( ◠‿◠ )

Be in a caloric deficit by 1)eating balanced plate 1/2 veggies 1/4 protein like tofu beans tempeh 1/4 carbs whole wheat pasta, rice , bread, etc 2) make most of meals homemade and dont buy processed food or at least limit it 3) eat a whole food diet 80% and 20% processed food 4) drink 2l of water everyday 5)chew 20 times per bite to feel satietied and help with your digestion 6)eat at fixe hours breakfast from 6:00 to 11: 00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 23:00 7)breakfast food, porridge with fruits, oat yogurt bowl, homemade cake with a fruit and oatmilk etc 8) move everyday 9)ditch soda for homemade infused water with fruit and citrus 10) be patient. for those of you wondering whether or not this workout works well for slimming thighs/legs/whatever you want to call it. It really does work! I remember trying this workout a while back and saw great results. Months later, I am back here again because quarantine kind of made me gain some weight 😅 Just make sure to drink lots of water (it’s good to stay hydrated regardless), and be consistent with it. I usually do this workout in the mornings, and before I go to sleep. But it’s also good to do when you are just laying down on your phone 😂

welp ye i didnt keep up. However just calorie counting I've lost like 5 pounds in a month. My advice is use an app, just written and adding it all up can be stressfull

Trying my best to do this for a week. But, the pain, I hope I can get through this. My current thighs now, R: 68 cm, L: 67 cm. Not much smaller, but I be able to adapt this exercise. But, I did shed 2 kg and now I'm 80 kg. Moral of the story: Double it up and eat healthy for more satisfied results.
