In yin yoga, we hold each pose for a longer period of time, allowing the fascia to release and inviting the nervous system to relax deeply. You don't need any props for this practice, but if you have yoga blocks, they can provide extra support, making it easier to fully surrender into each pose.
This class is perfect for those moments when you need to stretch and relax but only have a short amount of time. Please enjoy this small break in your day 💚
