I was a daily smoker and I smoked 30 cigarettes daily but it's been 2 months since I completely stopped smoking, I don't know how I did it but I did it and now its feel amazing

In the beginning you should do them each time you feel like to smoke. After that practice one to 2 times a day. Although, there is no rule and no side effects either. Be well 😇🙏

Well…. If I keep repeating “I really want to smoke” EVERYTIME I tap, then I WILL want to smoke even more! Why not say “I feel my craving decline” or something similar.

How is saying "I really want to smoke" while tapping supposed to help?

That is a very good question! When you really want to smoke, you usually would smoke right away. Whereas here we are working on neutralizing the fact that you really want to smoke, yet, working on tapping. By doing so, you would reduce the desire as well as reduce the anxiety that comes if you don't smoke. Does it make sense?

No amit this doesnt make sense to me in a way that with eft one feels relaxed and kind of goes into an alpha state of mind which might cause this saying "I really want to smoke" counterproductive as well because it would be like self affirming that one needs to smoke. So this doesnt connect with me
