Thank you so much Claire. I've become a lover for rebounding since lockdown all thanks to you and your amazing videos. I searched and searched you tube to find videos to help me get started but yours were only the best. I absolutely love your content and variety. I can't believe how much better I am now following your videos. I love the tabata ones too. I've just done this one then did the 15 mins weight bounce one. :D thanks for the video! Lawd! this is all killer no filler! No gentle warm up section, no cool down movement between reps. Just hurtling myself across the trampoline trying to keep up. At least I made the most out of my 15 mins! :) :) :) I'm surprised that I made it to the end! Wacky jacks are my favourite! Another video called them "monkey" - cute name!

Thanks Rachael but this is what was requested by our followers and no need for cool downs in between exercises as you want to keep the heart rate 😉 Keep practicing and I’m sure you will be flying in no time. We have plenty of videos where you can use a beginners workout as maybe a warm up or cool down if that helps. Thanks again 😊

This is our families favourite video. We all love it. Your videos are the best and we love the backdrop. We love the 15 moves and the fast pace of the moves changing. Please please can you do more 15 mins workouts with lots of different moves to keep our attention and focus and alternating hard and easier moves helps. Even 10 min workouts would be fantastic - it just makes you do them when short on time. Thank you so much. xxx

Had no sleep last night (the menopause is playing havoc with my sleep patterns😱😢) so I really wasn’t feeling it & knew I needed something quick. This was perfect; thank you. Did it with my ankle weights & 1kg hand weights so am still very sweaty & feel like I’ve worked hard💪🏻👍😊. Now off for a lovely smoothie. Thanks again - I’d forgotten how much fun bouncing was 😊👌🏻❤️

@@jerrytrejo9375 I do a lot of strength training and I was looking for something to give me more cardio. I think rebounding gives you both, strength and cardio because you can add weights. I was already in great shape before I started rebounding, so it’s enhanced workouts, boost my lymphatic system, and has made me sweat more, and just overall great for endurance.

I've done this workout a few times now. Its my go to one if I'm feeling tired. It really lifts my mood and i end up with more energy than when i started. And bizarrely i love squats. 😳😂Thanks again for keeping me active. 🥰🥰

Suffer with a lower sciatic problem but been reading a bit on other ways to exercise I’m a keen runner and cyclist, I’ve tried 2 of your workouts both 15 minutes, so half hour, although my technique needs improvement thoroughly enjoyable. But not bad for a 60 year old 😁

@@sanfranfitness I spent the whole 16 minutes of that video trying to pinpoint my favorite move (I was rebounding too though. Lol). I think it’s a toss up between the wacky jack (love a wacky jack) and the jumping jacks where your feet cross. Those two are way up there on my favs list.

Awesome add on. Claire, can you do a 50 min cardio targeting a section that focuses on the mid 150's to the mid 160's heart beat using the tribal beat music? Love the squat jump exercise.

@@sanfranfitness Thanks Claire, I do the 50 min routine from the UK site and love it but would love another couple of longer options with a good cardio included. I also do your 30 min and add a 20 min add on. I would love to see more squats and jumps and jump overs included too. You rock!

Hello, I just found your channel and I'm so happy I did! I'm in the process of researching a good rebounder, but can't spend too much money right now...can you recommend a few middle of the road brands...I'm very new to this. I'm more of a treadmill outside runner, but am looking for advanced cardio workouts that are easier on the back and knees...think I just found my new obsession🤗 lol...can't wait to start! Looking forward to working up a sweat with both of you! 😁✌💪

Lori Breese-Darling hey and welcome we are so pleased to have you on board with us. Ok so you have a couple of options. If you live in the states then there is a company called Leaps and Rebounds that have very reasonably priced bungee cord trampolines. Here is a discount code for them. SFitness10. If you live elsewhere then look at a JumpSport trampoline but possibly go onto eBay and see if you can pick up a deal. Don’t go too cheap because if you intend to use it regularly then you want to have something that will be sustainable, especially if you have back and knee issues. If you need any help you can always email us and we will try to advise where we can. Our email is info@sanfranfitness.co.uk I would suggest going for a bungee cord rebounder over a sprung. Having used both we think the bungees are a lot softer on your joints and more comfortable. Hope this helps and good luck 😉

Effective and fun session! Thank you! I have a silly question, but what are those padded “petals” on the side of the JumpStart for? Is it ok to step on them during the workout?

Thank you and glad you had fun. The petals are coming the bungee cords and yes safe to step on, but generally you try to stay in the circle on the mat

I only have a spring rebounder. Is there a big difference in spring and bungee? I actually just had one spring break on me. Do the bungees break. I’ve only had it for 6 months.

Maressa Cox hi 👋 there is quite a difference I think between springs and bungees but it will also depend on the quality of rebounder you buy. Generally the bungees offer a softer bounce and are a lot less impact on your joints. Whereas the springs feel a harder bounce and often give you the ability to bounce faster. What brand of rebounder have you got? If you use it a lot then springs will break and the same with a bungee cord, over time they will fray and need replacing. Unfortunately no rebounder parts are forever. But things can be replaced and no need to then buy a whole new rebounder. I will say springs can be harder to fit whereas the bungees are easier because there’s more give and stretch when attaching them.

Maressa Cox ok I haven’t heard of either of those. One useful thing we found with the bungees is seeing if they can either be tightened to change the firmness of the bounce, or seeing if they give you various options for a soft bounce or a firmer bounce. Sometimes with bungees they can be so soft that it will slow the pace down and you will struggle to keep up with our workouts. @@sanfranfitness hey thanks for answering my question my ankle seems better today I done a 5 mins warmup then 10 mins and it feels ok I think because I hurt my ankle I was over compensating on my right leg then my butt cheek is very sore so pulled a muscle been struggling for last 2 weeks but definitely feeling better today love doing the rebounder and was seeing the results with it then injured my ankle my rebounder is a spring one not a bungee one it was £200 I didn’t buy the bungee one it was to expensive
