Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I feel your pain, and you are not alone. The love of my life ended it around the same time yours ended. It’s dizzying how much anxiety I have experienced in the past month, and very difficult to make it through some days, but stay strong and firm in No Contact, while finding our path to a better you. I also find praying helps too.

You’re in the right place. Trust me, stop all contact and focus on yourself for now. It’s worth it in the end. If you do things right, she will come back, if not, you’ve done the work to get yourself back

I’m in month 5 as dumpee after a 3 year great relationship. Not great enough, I guess, because he cheated. I used to feel like I HAD to have answers, closure, etc., that he owed it to me. I still think he does but after going no contact and focusing on my own life and friends, it became less important. I figured, if he cheated, then any answers I might get out of him would probably be lies, so what good would it do to get them? I told myself that he died and is never coming back. I didn’t want my heart to keep waiting on him. It sounds crazy but somehow, thinking of him as dead made it a little easier. My advice to you is this-plan a trip for the soonest you can. Even a short trip. Try to make it something she wouldn’t have enjoyed. Take a friend if possible. Fill your days with things and people you love. Believe me, the pain will start to numb. And one day you’ll realize that you’re coming back to life again. I always tell people to listen to Sara Evans’ song “A Little Bit Stronger”. I listened to it dozens of times a day. It helps. Be strong, friend. I promise. It does get better. ❤

Yeah, mine is posting daily going here and there, events all the time lol. I reached out yesterday as a friend, he’s decided to leave me on read. That’s nuff said imo. He continues to block his blessings.

The terms “dumper” and “dumpee” are so crass. I’d suggest coming up with some terms that are more sophisticated and classy

Hi Vincent. I'm a little confused at the moment. My ex girlfriend finishes with me this January. So been separated Just over 2 months. I went straight into NC. I was blocked on everything apart From 1 social media group Mid March she's posted her New boyfriend, at first i Just excpted it. But then the posts get really heavy regarding him. I unfriended straight away. 2 hours later she unblocked me and messaged me. I responded 4 days later wishing her well. She apologised for being insensitive for posting him. We carried on chatting for 10 mins Which their was banter. I voice message her saying goodbye and if she's ever single again to reach out and we can chat. She voice message me back saying who knows what the future holds. Then tells me she did Love me and Sorry for hurting me. I didn't respond. Last Friday she messaged asking why I'm not at my organisation anymore. She also changed her profile picture, which was my favourite. I did say isent that my favourite. She said my New profile picture was nice. I haven't responded since. Vincent can you put any light on this as I'm confused Why . When she appears all loved up with him ? Brilliant content by the way. 😊
