Do you use these for your push ups as well, I have a set of low psrallettes but prefer a flat palm, would you recommend handstand blocks for push ups

I personally don't use them for pushups, but you absolutely can

In your opinion,are yoga blocks the same?

no, they are different. foam yoga blocks are too soft and useless for handstands. Cork ones you can maybe get away with, but handstand blocks have dimensions and specifications that are more relevant to handstaand practice
